Guatemala and its captivating lake stole my heart from day one, leading to Casa Verapaz—a dream in the making.

I love the tranquility of our small village. I love our property location, 5 minute walk into the village, 12 minute drive on paved road from Panajachel, and lake access with a a 2 minute walk to both the how springs and village pier. I love waking up to nature and seeing the two inactive volcanoes across the lake
