SPACE & privacy on Keuka with a fabulous house, outdoor kitchen, lawn, & beach!

The house is great, sleeps 8, but you will probably spend most of your time in the Outdoor Kitchen. It is such a treat! 100' of shale beach, dock & boatlift, double kayak & rowboat provided to make your stay a fun one. There are 3 separate bedrooms and a small loft, which is located above the living room. Two full baths are on public utilities which means no issues! The beds are great, the provided linens and towels are new and high-end. This property is located on the Lower East Lake Road which is great for walking, biking and taking slow drives around the lake. Wineries are nearby and have excellent vintages. Game closet indoors and a huge storage bin for outdoor games tucked into the trees. Bring on the badminton! The south end of the property has a very large parking area. The cabana on the beach gives you a welcome break from the sun. Come....enjoy!

Welcoming home with a front porch that has an amazing view of Keuka Lake! Home is beautifully decorated and well equipped. Layout is perfect, with comfortable beds. Location is perfect for traveling both Keuka and Seneca Lakes. Host Mary is a delight to work with!

My family and I had a wonderful week at this rental. The outdoor space is phenomenal. There was plenty of room to spread out. The house is well stocked and we enjoyed the location. We also loved the beach area. We had fun using the kayaks and rafts. We also fished off the dock. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay

This is the second year our family of 6 has stayed here. The weather doesn’t even matter when you have the beautiful outdoor covered kitchen. The beachfront is spacious with lots of seating and equipment. The house is comfortable and well stocked with anything you need. And the energy is accessible and responsive. After years of staying at other places, we will keep coming back.

What a great vacation home!

Lovely property and gardens,beautiful lakefront across a quiet street, large side yard . Home is well kept, nicely decorated, beds very comfortable. Great front and side porches with comfy furniture for sitting and chatting .2 person kayak on premises, we rented another kayak and canoe, plus enjoyed some sailboarding on beautiful Keuka Lake.

The perfect getaway!

We had an amazing time at this gorgeous house! It was spotless, well-furnished, and clearly taken care of with love. Our host Mary was super friendly, helpful, and always there for us when we had a question - and we had an abundance of them. Whether you’re in the mood for a week of biking and winery hopping or spending time on the cove, this place is the perfect spot to unwind at night! We particularly enjoyed having our morning coffee in the outdoor area - it is very cozy. We’ll definitely be back for our next trip up here!

Very nice house inside and out! The outdoor kitchen is a lovely place to relax. Lots of areas to be together or alone. House and property well maintained and very clean. House and had everything you'd need. Beach area is beautiful! Overall a really great place to stay.

Beautiful property

We loved our recent stay. The beach area was very nice and our 2 dogs loved it also! The house itself was also very nice , very comfortable and well thought out, but the best part was the outdoor seating areas and plenty of deck space. The outdoor kitchen was AMAZING, even though we never had a chance to use the grill but did enjoy eating outside ! Our dogs loved the expansive outdoor area. We loved the quiet walkable neighborhood and would highly recommend this rental home!!

Wonderful week on Keuka Lake

The property was as described and more. The kitchen was well equipped with new appliances. The owner had it well stocked with every utensil imaginable and a wide selection of spices, etc. What we loved and enjoyed most was sitting on the front porch as well as the area by the outdoor kitchen (which was amazing). Both had great views of the lake. Would certainly consider renting this property again.

Cottage on Keuka lake

Location is great in front of a lake. House has big kitchen with new appliances but outdated kitchen utensils. It has big and convenient outdoor kitchen. House has 3 bedrooms but mattress are old and soft.

Thanks Rita! I had to chuckle at the outdated kitchen utensils. I did spend a great deal of time and money to make sure the kitchen was well equipped with good utensils which I purchased from Cooks World in Rochester. I like to mix them up with my tried and true pieces from the past. I was hoping that was best of both worlds for renters. As far as the mattresses go....everything is brand new. The only exception was the king size bed. I did put a memory foam mattress pad on top of the new queen bed in the front room as we thought the matress was a bit firm. That way, if people wanted a firmer mattress they could simply remove the 2" memory foam cover. I'm so glad you enjoyed the outdoor space!

This property was perfect in every way for six friends to enjoy a long weekend in the Finger Lakes! The house exceeded our expectations. The outdoor kitchen, sitting areas, yes areas, had the most gorgeous views of Keuka Lake. The house provided ample space, with a marvelous, well equipped kitchen, loved the coffee pot. Each bedroom had a comfortable bed and bedding was provided. The home is furnished and decorated with love! The location of this home is ideal, close to so many of our favorite Keuka Lake wineries and yet not too far from Seneca Lake. Highly recommend this incredible home!

Gorgeous Keuka Home!

We have stayed at Keuka many times and this has been our favorite house so far! gorgeous views and very clean! we absolutely loved the outdoor kitchen and seating space which really helped us spend as much time outside… even when it rained! close to great wineries and Penn Yan- so easy to get to grocery store and pharmacy if needed! owners were super communicative and made sure we were comfortable and checked several times to make sure we didn’t need anything. Even came over to clean up some debris on the beach after a storm. Looking forward to staying here again!

Beautiful, relaxing getaway directly across a very quiet street on Keuka Lake.

Beautiful, relaxing home directly across a very quiet street on Keuka Lake. The house is supplied with everything you need. The property includes a huge yard with an amazing outdoor patio space and full outdoor kitchen. Beautiful space on the lake with a dock, beach, canopy and chairs. Kitchen is fully stocked with great pots/pans, appliances, etc. Tons of toys and outdoor games are supplied. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Central AC was a pleasant surprise as well. The only thing I think is important to know is that this is across the street from the lake. It is a very quiet street and a very short walk. But, the beach area is not visible from the house. So, if you have kids, you cannot see them from the outdoor space at the house and it’s definitely too far to safely let younger kids play without you. We were there with kids ages 2, 6, 8, 10 and 11.We loved our stay and hope to return again!

so much better than the beach at the ocean!

Having access to a "beach" area at a lake is the way to go with small kids. There is a lovely covered pergola, lots of seating, a fire ring, and kayak, and a pebble beach with shallow water to play in, and deep enough to swim and boat. Perfect for SUP's. That's just the lakeside area! The house is wonderful. Fully equipped kitchen with many extras that you don't always find in rentals. Very comfortable beds. And a huge long table for family and friends to have meals together. The big bonus is the outdoor kitchen/family room area that is under roof on the deck. Amazing! Lots of privacy with a very large property surrounding the house. The owner is wonderful and easy to communicate with. It's close to small town of Penn Yan, and not a bad drive to Watkin's Glen and Corning. All in all, it was a perfect vacation!

I was born and raised on this very piece of land. I know it is magic! After leaving for 40 years I worked to get all the pieces put back together and now it is. Beautiful beach, home, and expansive lawn are here for you to find your own magic. If you know the lake, you know why I love it here. If you are new to our area, I am so happy for you to be discovering the joy that is Keuka Lake! Down-to-earth wineries with a very sophisticated product make touring the whole lake a great time. My favorites are Weiss, Dr. Franks and Herman Weimer which is a short drive over the hill towards Seneca Lake. Great views, fabulous wine and amiable staff. Check them out!

I love being on the Lower Lake Road. It's great for walking, pushing a baby carriage, bringing your dog along or biking. Slow and relaxed yet you feel so energized! The beach is deep-set and level with plenty of room for kids to dig in the shale, swim, and have campfires. (wood is provided). Boatlift is provided for your use also. The lawn is expansive and we provide badminton, volleyball, kickball, lacrosse sticks, and other toys to entice everyone to get out and play!

The beauty of this property is that you can party hearty or take in the restorative peace from all over the property. VERY RARE to have this much space anywhere on Keuka Lake. And when you've had enough of the water (is that possible?!) you can bring the gang to the lawn and outdoor space for provided games, cookouts, and all the fun things we like to do. The stargazing of the Milky Way is beautiful....
