Your home away from home in the heart of Boulder’s idyllic West Pearl neighborhood. Thoughtfully renovated and self-managed, this townhome offers a seamless blend of comfort and mountain charm, featuring new flooring, updated fixtures, stylish lighting, newly remodeled bathrooms, and carefully curated furnishings. The kitchen features granite countertops, and the brand-new HVAC system ensures year-round comfort.

Top Floor (3rd Floor):

Second Bedroom: Twin-over-full high-end bunk bed, desk, and adjacent to the shared full bath.
Bathroom: Renovated with a double vanity, soaking tub/shower combo, and a privacy door separating the vanity from the shower/toilet area.
Ground Floor (1st Floor):
Private queen bedroom with en-suite ¾ bathroom (walk-in shower), TV, stylish decor and closet - perfect for added privacy.
