With a sprawling 4375 sq ft. one-story home newly built in 2023, every detail is thoughtfully curated to create a sense of grandeur and sophistication with exquisite design and architecture, high-end finishes, designer furnishings, and custom features. The Lafayette offers a haven of comfort and extravagance with multiple living areas both inside and out, a spacious primary suite, cozy furnishings and comfy bedrooms all cultivated with our guests’ comfort in mind.

Step into the expansive great room with vaulted ceilings, custom designed living room with wall-to-wall sliding glass doors, massive gourmet kitchen with two oversize islands and counter seating; it's the perfect spot for the whole group to come together to share food, laughs and memories. Enjoy delicious meals together in the formal dining room just off the kitchen and craft your favorite cocktails at the bar to share with the group. Just past the kitchen, you’ll find an additional living room / game lounge. Challenge your friends (and kids!) to one of the XBox games or kick back and relax on the comfy couches and bean bag chairs to watch a favorite movie in the game lounge.

Open the massive sliding glass doors from the main living room and step outside to your exclusive retreat complete with outdoor living room with large Smart TV, outdoor dining with built-in grill and wine fridge, heated* pool, hot tub, corn hole, and plenty of sun loungers to soak up the rays. Whether lounging by the pool with a cocktail in hand or soaking in the hot tub under the stars, you’ll be immersed in your own private oasis. Guests can take a refreshing dip in the pool to cool off on a hot day or unwind in the hot tub to soothe tired muscles; it’s the ultimate spot for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Step into the spacious gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances ready to prepare your exquisite meals. With two waterfall islands, massive fridge, and a 6-burner gas stove, there’s space for multiple chefs to come together to cultivate a masterpiece for all to share. Full coffee bar provided for our guests to awaken your senses and revive your spirit! Guests will find a Keurig machine, French Press, Drip Coffee Maker with filters, K Cups, ground coffee, creamer pods, sugar, artificial sweeteners, stir sticks and unique coffee mugs so you can keep track of your carefully crafted cup of joe! Just off the kitchen, the walk-in pantry offers guests plenty of space to unpack and stay awhile! Purified water dispenser and ice machine provide the creature comforts our guests need to stay hydrated and refreshed.

The West Wing of the house offers not one, but two master suites. The Primary Suite on the southwest corner of the house features floor to ceiling tinted windows that overlook the lush backyard oasis. Custom electronic shades provide the privacy and darkness needed for a peaceful night's rest. The King 4-Poster bed is set up with luxury linens for an indulgent experience, and the nightstands with charging ports offer the practicality needed for modern travelers. The En Suite bathroom is an experience all in itself; a true sanctuary of indulgence and relaxation. Two separate vanities, soaking tub, walk-in shower, separate commode room, massive walk-in closet with its own set of laundry machines, and numerous high-end amenities provided for our guests to make your stay effortless and stress-free.
On the northwest corner of the house is the second master suite with a low-profile plush King bed, beautiful marble executive style desk and office chair, private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and its own walk-in closet. All bedrooms have their own large Smart TV, and every bathroom comes stocked with plush fluffy towels, luxury soaps, shampoos, and everything else you’ll need to feel right at home.

The East Wing of the house features 3 additional bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full laundry room, and the game lounge. The third master suite is situated on the southeast corner of the house and features a plush King bed and its own private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and walk-in closet. The last two bedrooms feature two Full beds in each room and are joined by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom between them. The bathroom has double sinks, and a separate room with the tub/shower and commode. Lots of plush towels provided as well as the same full assortment of luxury soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q tips, cotton balls, and more. Cleaning supplies are provided throughout the house.

Our guests are welcome to park in the 3-car garage, which provides easy access into the house and an extra convenience. The driveway can park an additional 3 vehicles and street parking is allowed at all times as well if needed. Just inside from the garage, you’ll have lots of space to store gear and hang coats in the mud room. Plenty of cleaning supplies are kept there as well for guests who would like to use them.

Staying at The Lafayette, you’ll be steps away from Old Town Scottsdale, the epicenter of life in the area! Award-winning dining, nightlife, museums, events, art exhibits, spas, golf courses, shopping and so much more to explore during your time in Scottsdale, all within a 5-mile radius of the house. The Lafayette backs up to a canal with walking / biking paths that lead to various areas in Old Town. Take a stroll down the paths, hire a local Golf Cart Guy to come whisk you away to your destination, or take an Uber or Lyft to and from your location. After each excursion, return back to The Lafayette, your home away from home!

Check-in & check-out is contactless by door code provided prior to check-in. Guest Handbook provided at the house to ensure guests have all pertinent info.

No Check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.

No unauthorized early check-ins.
No bag drops prior to check in.
Unauthorized late check outs will be charged at a rate of $300 per hour.
Guests cannot receive mail / packages here through the US postal service.

Video disclosure: There are 3 video surveillance cameras on the property for the security of our guests. This is by no way an intrusion on our guests, but rather an extra level of protection and security for protection. One camera is located outside the front door, another overlooks the driveway, and one looks over the garbage bins on the side of the house. All look out over public places only.

*Pool Heat* The pool can be heated for an additional charge of $100 per day for the duration of your stay. That cost just covers the extra utilities required to heat this large pool. The heat fee is charged separately after your booking is secured. The pool heat fee is waived for bookings exceeding a rate of $1500 nightly.
