This beautiful home is situated on a large corner lot in the charming cottage community of Laurel Grove. As you walk in, you'll be greeted by an open floor plan which features hardwood floors, kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an amazing living room with soaring ceilings and a large flat-screen TV. The lower level includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one being the Master suite, which features dual sinks, a tub, and a walk-in shower. Head up to the 2nd floor where you will find the third bedroom featuring a bunk bed and a bathroom with a cool nautical theme, which makes it the perfect setup for the kids! Located within the gates of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, you are a golf cart ride away from everything. Including 4 golf courses, Publix, the best shops & restaurants, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Sandestin Marina, and even Sandestin's own beach access!

The Laurel Grove clubhouse and fitness center are only a few steps away, provides a large pool, shaded arbors, adjoining hot tub & gas BBQ grill with a full kitchen for poolside dinners and restrooms.
