The backyard is “shared” with the occupants downstairs. You may encounter dogs if the guests in the basement bring pets.

Great location, comfy, quiet and clean.
Stayed here with our 2 boys and our pup, everything was great. Comfortable, clean, good wifi and a good location for our trip. whole family enjoyed the stay.

Great place to stay.Pros: clean, well stocked, great communication, great location.Cons: sectional needs a good cleaning, when downstairs is rented you can hear everything and smell whatever they are cooking, no sound barrier at all.

Perfect house
Well appointed 3 bedroom property. Has the most kitchen supplies and spices I have ever encountered which greatly helped make it comfortable. New beautiful carpet, nice linens and comfortable furniture. Also, Ubers were never more than 2 mins away and only cost 18 to downtown.

The tenant downstairs communicated that her area was too hot and could we turn down the heat which was 19C. Just FYI the pepper mill was broken and released a lot of peppercorns at once.
