Ideally located in a gated community close to the Strip, this 1 bedroom apartment has access to Ariva's extensive amenities in its 30-acre landscaped grounds, including 4 pools and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
As highlighted in Business Travel Executive, this brand new 1,300 sq. ft residence comes with designer furnishings, a bedroom with King bed and ensuite bath and custom walk in closet, dedicated office with sofa sleeper and large working desk and printer, living and dining area with large windows, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Weekly housekeeping services are included. Residence also features luxury Frette linen, Matouk terry, Grown Alchemist organic bath products, smart TVs, Wifi, cable and safe.
