Great property to explore the island!

Very clean and comfortable. Great location to explore the island as you can easily access both north and south side. Lots of good restaurants nearby as well. Loved our visit.

Rental is much bigger than I had anticipated. Both bedrooms are massive with on suites. Location is right on beach, central location, pool, hot tubs with gravel bottom which is awesome on the feet.

We always enjoy staying at the Waipohl Beach Resort. The grounds and pool area are well maintained and the location on the island can not be beat for going North or South. The unit itself could use some updating but that being said it is not horrible. Other issue for the price you pay to stay there a starter pack of basic supplies (ie toilet paper, laundry soap, etc.) seems a little stingy to me. Other than that it everything was find.

This is the nicest condo that we have stayed in since we have started coming to Kauai. The grounds were beautiful and the accommodations were excellent. We loved the pools and spas. Our rooms were large and we had extra things like boogey boards, beach chairs and a cooler. The host had spices, oils and cooking supplies in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

This property served as a good home base for exploring the island. Great location for exploring North and South. The Oasis is fantastic! The best restaurant on the island that we found. Furnishings and appliances dated but the beds were comfy. Great water pressure and air conditioning.

Great family resort, convenient location

Our grandkids loved the pool with the watersides and beach area. We enjoyed the pool area as well. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai for morning coffee and evening meals. We appreciated the central location for ease of touring the area and the rest of the island.

Our favorite place to stay

We have stayed at this place before. But booked through Outrigger. We enjoyed booking through VRBO much better and would do it again this way. No extra hidden fees.

Pleasant stay for a short island vacation

Well kept and decorated property within a popular resort. Access to a nice pool with water slides and a quiet beach to watch sunrise. Located in the center of the island with similar driving distance to north and south shores. Good selection of local dining options. Highly recommend!

Amazing Kapaa Condo

Great condo! Listing was very accurate, communication and instructions easy. Great condo for families with the two beds in the second bedroom. As others have said, that old green couch has been replaced with something newer and nicer. We would absolutely stay here again!
