Blue Belle is a spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and thoughtfully updated 3-bedroom, 3-bath condo at True Blue Golf Resort in Pawleys Island, South Carolina.

With lake and pool views, no upstairs neighbors, and a private end-unit layout, this second-floor condo is a peaceful and comfortable home base for families, golf groups, snowbirds, and guests who want extra space to relax.

Blue Belle is located just one straight flight of stairs above ground level, with no turns and no elevator. Once inside, you’ll enjoy the privacy of a top-floor end unit, which means no noise from anyone above you, extra natural light, and a quieter, more private feel than many vacation condos.

This is not an average rental. Blue Belle is a well-cared-for, thoughtfully updated condo with a bright coastal feel, comfortable furnishings, and plenty of space to settle in.

## 3 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms

The layout works especially well for families, multigenerational trips, golf groups, and guests who appreciate privacy.

The condo includes:

* Two private suites with full en suite bathrooms
* One suite with a pool view
* One suite with direct access to the private balcony and lake view
* A third bedroom with bunk beds
* A third full bathroom, so everyone has more space and less sharing

Blue Belle comfortably accommodates 6 guests and may work for up to 8 depending on your group.

## Full Kitchen and Comfortable Living Space

The kitchen is equipped for preparing snacks, simple meals, or full dinners during your stay. You’ll find cookware, dishes, glassware, utensils, and basic kitchen tools.

The living and dining areas are open, comfortable, and designed for easy time together after a day at the beach, pool, or golf course.

## Laundry, Wi-Fi, and Streaming TVs

The condo includes an in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and charging areas for guest convenience.

Please note that the TVs are Amazon Fire TVs and are best suited for guests who are comfortable using streaming apps and their own login accounts.

## Private Balcony with Lake View

Step out onto the private balcony for morning coffee, a quiet book, or an evening drink. The balcony overlooks the lake and gives the condo a peaceful, relaxing feel.

## True Blue Resort Amenities

Blue Belle is located in True Blue Golf Resort, a beautifully landscaped Pawleys Island community with access to multiple outdoor pool areas, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, playground areas, grilling areas, and scenic community spaces.

One of the pool areas is located very close to the condo, making it easy to enjoy a quick swim or relax by the water.

Community amenities are subject to HOA rules, seasonal availability, repairs, maintenance, and required wristbands.

## Golf and Dining Nearby

True Blue is known for its golf course and Lowcountry setting. Guests can enjoy nearby dining at the True Blue Grill Room, which serves Southern-style breakfast and lunch, with a tavern and full bar available throughout the day.

Please note that the golf course itself is not part of the rental community amenities. Guests may use the golf course only as registered golfers through the golf club.

## Linens, Towels, and Starter Supplies

Fresh linens and bath towels are provided for registered guests.

We provide one bath towel per registered guest, along with hand towels and washcloths. The condo includes a washer and dryer, so guests may wash towels during their stay if they prefer fresh towels more frequently.

A small number of beach towels may be available, but guests who plan to spend a lot of time at the beach may wish to bring additional beach towels.

We provide starter household basics such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and hand soap. Starter supplies are intended to help guests settle in and may not last for the full stay.

Guests should plan to bring or purchase toiletries, laundry detergent, groceries, coffee, seasonings, condiments, and any preferred household items.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, sugar, creamer, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and other food or personal items are not guaranteed.
