Quiet friendly neighborhood, close to beach!!!

Perfect house for us! House has be updated, very clean, and the location to the beach was perfect. Just a 2 min walk through a pretty neighborhood and a nice shaded beach path down to the water. Loved it!!!!!!!!

Simply great!

Easy to find, close to the beach, quiet neighborhood. Clean and functional property. Could’ve used a few more everyday kitchen items (we cook in a lot vs going out). You’re welcome for the corkscrew 😂. We needed a few more washcloths and they were delivered quickly. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Perfect location, close to the beach.

The house is great for 4 adults but no problem having a couple extra kids too. We just stayed for spring break week and The location is great, a little over a block from the beach. Only issue (not an issue with the house) is that because the resorts take most of the beach , that area of the beach is really small and gets really crowded, specially on busy weekends, so get there early. The house was clean, quite street, and a lot of outdoor seating with covered and open patio. you may need a couple bigger pots and pans if you try to cook for more than 2 people. But we really enjoyed it.

Great location

Clean, has all you need in the way of supplies (grill, washer/dryer, utensils, beach chairs/umbrella). Best part: close to beach access and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Well kept, nice patios to have coffee or catch some sun. The only suggestions are another mirror (only option small bathroom mirror) and the ability to adjust the air conditioner below 73 degrees. A keurig vs. drip coffee maker would be nice. Beds have very firm mattresses if that is to your liking. Pull out couch came in handy as well as Roku TV with lots of channel options. Owners were quickly responsive to minor issues I needed repaired (lock and dryer). Would definitely stay again!

Nice little place

This is a nice little place located very close to the beach access. I say little because I think it might feel crowded with more than 2 or 3 adults. I would recommend this property with just two suggestions. First of all it was spotless! Don’t let your house cleaners go, they do an excellent job inside and out. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed but bring your own shampoo. The bedrooms were nice too. The breezeway and patio were great and as clean as the unit. The only suggestion I would make would be to replace the couch and area rug in front of it. They’ve both seen better days. I weigh under 100 lbs and every time I sat down I sunk in almost to the point I could feel the hide a bed underneath. I know, wear and tear is normal. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

It was good.

Clean. Great location. Easy. Only issue for me was the ac thermostat. The coolest it offered was 73 degrees. My monitor reflected no temps cooler than 77 degrees in the bedroom. I would have enjoyed a much cooler night's rest after being in the beautiful hot sun all day. Property Mgmt offered quick responses. Kitchen and parking were excellent. A good stay.

Pictures and description very accurate. Walk to the beach was fair. Close to shops and restaurants .

The living room furniture could use some updating not very comfortable after a long day. We had asked for an early check in, never heard back. Drove by the property upon arrival. We thought we spoke to the owner and asked if we could check in early, the property was ready, but we still had to wait until 4pm, a little disappointing.

Thank you for staying. There was no request for early check-in ever received. Also, it states that during high season, there is no early check-in or late check-out available and to not arrive prior to 4pm under any circumstance as our entire team needs to be coming and going, from cleaners, to maintenance, to inspectors in order to prepare the property properly for the check-in time of 4pm. Please do not go off of assumptions of who you spoke to or assuming the property is ready 2 hours prior to the agreed upon check-in time.

Good for the money.

Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy public beach access. This particular public beach space is small and does have quite a bit of debris on shore daily. Kitchen and bath were recently renovated, property was clean. Beds, couch and living room chair were all well worn. Living room furniture felt dirty from use, and was not particularly comfortable. Outdoor furniture was also quite worn. It was nice to have the option of a screened in breezeway and an enclosed outdoor patio. We were surprised to find no cleaning supplies on site, not even 1 extra garbage bag. A/C was not adjustable, causing the unit to feel stuffy at times. Water stayed hot for showers and had good pressure. Off street parking a plus. Because the price was low comparatively we were able to overlook some of the negative aspects.

We enjoyed our stay at One Ocean-B. Property was well maintained and very clean. Very convenient with short distance to the beach. Additional seating in the living area would have made our stay a little more comfortable but otherwise everything was perfect! Would recommend!

Loved my stay

Perfect place with all the essentials. Beach within walking distance. Cute, comfortable, and very clean. I loved the little patio in the back as well. It was very quiet. Our last night we did have some noise issues across the street but it was taken care of. Recommendation to leasing agents: Have it in the lease to be respectful of neighbors.

Siesta Key stay

this property was exactly as advertised. Good location, updated kitchen and bathrooms. The only inconvenience is that the thermostat was very limted to temperature settings. It would have been been to set the temp a few degrees cooler especially at night. Overall, we were very happy with the property.

The property had a great location on the island....close to beach and close to great restaurants. It was set on a side street with little or no traffic. The unit was well stocked with many amenities not found at other rentals. It appeared to have been updated with fixtures and appliances.

Cement dust

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property wasnt cleaned day of. As I was led to believe when asking if I could arrive 90 minutes early. It was in acceptable shape. Except that the linens should probably be replaced. The overall condition was good. The sofa has seen better days. The location made up for all of this. Very easy to get around. My major issue wasn't with the property but the construction on the block. I dont like 8am crew calls for 2 cement trucks, 2 mud trucks, a water truck and 8 employees on the last 2 days of my vacation. My car was blocked in for hours at a time. glad we were close enough to walk to the beach. And I certainly didn't like having to wash my vehicle of cement dust. And, in the future, if there are as many requirements for how to leave the property, maybe provide the materials to do so. Guests shouldn't have to pay to clean these properties.

Thank you for your stay at One Ocean - B. All of our properties are professionally cleaned and checked prior to guest arrival. Check-in is 3:00pm as this allows us and the cleaning company time to prepare the unit. If guests check-in earlier than 3:00pm we cannot guarantee the condition of the unit, we make that explicitly clear to all guests. This property is located in a neighborhood we can only control what happens inside the walls of our unit, if a neighbor decides to have work done on their property there is nothing we can do. Our departure requests are standard for all our units and the industry. You are renting someones home not staying at a hotel, to ask that you leave the property as you found it should not be an unreasonable request.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The actual condo was great. Provided all we needed for four adults. Beach towels were provided but had to request them. Now for the area - would NOT visit again. I'll use the word "unfriendly" but not because of the people (i.e., "no trespassing", "no beach access", etc. If it were not for a friend that managed a complex in the area, we wouldn't have been able to get to the beach easily. We were in the area were access was either 1/2 mile south or 1 mile north. Didn't care for the public beach - just not what we're used to as we usually go to the Panhandle. Enough said. Won't return to this area.

Thank you for your stay and the review. The review is started with "The actual condo was great", beach towels are taken by guests all the time. Once requested beach towels were dropped off within 30min, a 3 out of 5 rating on service from rental manager is questionable. The unit is cleaned by a professional cleaning company and inspected prior to check-in to insure the unit is spotless; a cleanliness of 3 out of 5 is questionable. It is clearly stated in the description of the property that Siesta Key public beach is 1 mile north and an alternate beach access 1/2 mile south of the complex. The complex and community is very friendly especially to vacationers since the majority of the complex caters to this type of traffic. Not sure why "no trespassing" signs are a shock, I have yet to see any type of establishment without such signage posted throughout any premises. As for the property condition, this unit is brand new from top to bottom including all furniture, linens etc. Anything less than a 5 out of 5 at this time is surprising.

Renting the property was fast and easy. But to get into the property was hard to get because of the lack of communication about the entry lock. The rest was acceptable.
