The property was fantastic, giving everyone their own room. The neighborhood is peaceful, and it’s enjoyable to relax on either the front or back porch. Everything was spotless, and Kyla stayed in touch throughout the weekend. We will definitely stay here again. The home is in a great location, close to everything you might need. The only minor drawback was that there weren’t enough cooking pans, but we managed by spacing out cooking certain items.

Visiting son for baby shower

The property was great allowing everyone their own room.. the back porch was so peaceful. Everything was super clean and Kyla was in touch the entire weekend. Will definitely stay here again.weekend.

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Kyla was so easy to work with! She responded quickly to my messages and the check in process was so easy! The only thing was the bed in the master bedroom downstairs was very hard but all of the upstairs beds were perfect! It is a beautiful home newly remodeled! I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Beautiful house! Great location!

This was our 2nd stay here. Kyla is the perfect hostess. We stayed during Christmas holiday. She even put a Christmas tree up for us! The house is spacious with a nice kitchen and large dining room. We had a great stay!

Family Gathering near Clarksville

We were very impressed with the beautiful and organized house and our host. We have family in the area and past Nashville. We would absolutely stay again, even though Nashville was a little out of its way to visit family , it was still worth the drive.

Beautiful,comfortable house to stay.

We stayed here for an out of town wedding and it was nice to come back to a comfortable house instead of a noisy hotel. It was a very clean spacious house. The beds were amazing! The neighborhood was quiet. Our only issue was dead batteries in the TV remotes and limited cooking supplies for making meals but I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and Convenient

We loved this property and the the neighborhood. It was very easy to get to and from. Super clean and spacious. Plenty of cooking utensils in the kitchen. The beds were super comfy. The host Kyla was amazing! Perfect stay!

The home was inviting, clean, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches. We all slept comfortably, (including myself, despite a bad back). The kitchen had all the basics we needed, including plenty of dishes. The sweet little deck in the back was a relaxing place to have a cup of coffee, or just unwind. The host was very responsive, and even accommodated a last minute change that included us keeping my daughter's small dog the last night of our stay, when her pet sitter fell through shortly before her wedding. (The pet gate at the foot of the stairs ensured that Ollie stayed on the first floor where he belonged, and thoughtfully-placed pet waste bags were an important detail, as my daughter - in all the pre-wedding excitement - had forgotten to bring some along.) I would highly recommend this wonderful home to anyone staying in the area!

Beautiful home! Will be staying here again!

We were so impressed with this home, it was beautiful, incredibly clean, and very comfortable! Had everything we needed which made the visit super easy and relaxing. Even had deer in the backyard everyday, it backs up to a green belt that is so peaceful! We can’t say enough good things, and absolutely we will be staying here again the next time we are in town. The only thing that would make it even better is if it had an outdoor grill 😁

Multiple Families

We traveled with 6 adults and 6 kids for a wedding near by in hopkinsville. Wonderful space. Accessible for kids 2yr-10yr. There is dog gate at the bottom of the stairs but we loved it to keep toddlers from climbing the stairs. All of the rooms have different beds(firm/soft) all clean and comfy. Plenty of towels. Super friendly and accommodating host.

We were so glad this was our first rental property experience. Kyla, the property manager, was excellent. We had lots of pre-arrival questions that she answered very quickly, she provided all entry information to the property as promised, and while we were there, she checked on us to ensure our stay was pleasurable. Kyla’s property provides a very homey environment. The living room and dining room are open to each other that provides a large area for eating and visiting at the same time. We just had to provide the food; the kitchen is stocked with everything to prepare breakfast for six adults. All five of the beds were used while we were there, with no complaints from anyone. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom downstairs and slept very well in that bed our entire visit. My husband especially enjoyed the backyard deck with his morning coffee, watching the adventures of the neighborhood squirrels. Our reason for using rental property was to have a homey family gathering for our grandson’s wedding and we succeeded. When we come again to visit, we will make sure we stay in Kyla‘s property.

Family wedding in Clarksville

My family and I had an amazing experience. The home was exactly as was listed. Decor, space and comfort was top notch but even more so was the response time from the owner and their handyman. We needed a replacement bulb in the upstairs bathroom and they stepped up and took care of it promptly and professionally. Overall for the price it was well worth it. I would definetly recommend renting this property.

“Girls” Trip to Awakening Concert

A very nice home and a great location! We really enjoyed the little lighted deck off the back. With 10 gals, we made the 2 1/2 bathrooms work! A tiny bit disappointed in the full-size beds in three of the bedrooms, being spoiled ladies! However, the couch was very comfortable, and we made it work! We Thoroughly enjoy the concert and our together time at the house. Thank you so very much for sharing your home.

Relaxing + peaceful

My family has stayed in many places all across the country and this one takes the cakes! It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean (which is most important to us), and a safe place for us to lay our heads. It was a breeze communicating with Kyla and she even left little personal touches (chocolates on our beds!). Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay! My four little kiddos said to make sure i wrote that it has been their favorite VRBO and they want to come back! :) We highly recommend if you need a place in the Clarksville area!

House is Amazing

Having a house with all beds bigger than a twin was great in itself. Everyone had their own bedroom and each room was Perfect. Plenty of space to stretch out and not live out of a suitcase. The rooms I went in all had wireless charging pads on the night stands, which is a very thoughtful addition to a Vrbo house. The kitchen is fully stocked. Like you had just stepped into someone's home. We had eight of us in the house and not one public space felt like we were crowded in it. Just perfect for us. The cleanliness was 10/10 and had everything we needed. We have stayed in different areas of Clarksville over the past few years and this location was the quietest felt incredibly safe here. There is ton of restaurants all over town, so no shortage of places to go to. The city of Clarksville is growing so fast it is hard to get anywhere fast during rush hour, so I don't hold that against the house. Just know during certain times of day it will take a little longer to get where you are going. The house and area was great. It is on our list to come back next year.
