5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2500 sq ft home with high-end finishings, appliances, fully finished basement, central AC and latest technology throughout, including the fastest available Gigabit internet service.

Heated outdoor pool is open from memorial day to September. Outdoor shower, BBQ, outdoor patio and lounge area.

Private back yard, includes outside patio and heated inground pool in separate fenced in area with secure gates.
New patio and pool furniture including tables, seating for twelve and chaise lounges. Selection of pool toys/floats.

Pool and backyard have outside lighting for use after dark.

Ocean beaches and Westhampton beach town (Main Street) are less than 1.0 miles away, less than 5 minutes drive by car or taxi or easy bike ride; Westhampton Long Island Rail Road train station.

Outdoor and indoor tennis courts available nearby (walking distance) at Westhampton Beach Tennis & Sport, Wholistic Tennis Academy and Westhampton Beach High School.

Quogue Wildlife Refuge is nearby and has animals, nature center and trails (a big hit with our family).

Easy car, rail and Hampton Jitney access to/from New York City and to/from neighboring Hamptons towns, villages and attractions.

Splish Splash Water Park 10-15 minute drive in Riverhead has a range of water slides and rides

Full range of big box retail stores and Tanger Outlet Mall 10-15 minute drive away in Riverhead.

Great location and great house. Easy walk to town and short drive to the beach. Getting to the North Fork and/or further out in the Hamptons is easy from this location.

We really enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed all of the amenities: pool, pickleball, basketball, and ping pong. The property is a short walk to the Westhampton village where there are lots of shops and restaurants and a short drive to Cupsogue Beach, which is the nearest public beach. The house was clean and comfortable, and the yard is beautifully landscaped.

We had a fantastic week at this wonderful house. The location was phenomenal as we could walk to town, the hs tennis courts were close by and it was a nice run to the beach. The house was very clean - equipped with many towels, beach chairs and pickleball rackets. The backyard is absoultly gorgeous. I would highley recommend!

Beautiful stay in west hampton!

The pictures do not do this home justice it is so beautiful and spacious. The yard is incredible, pickle ball courts were so fun, and pool was spotless. This house is so clean and new I was so comfortable staying here. Its location is great about a 10 min walk from the town or a 2 minute drive. It’s prime location for a family, friends seeking nightlife, or other attractions.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! There were endless activities with pickleball, table tennis, the pool and the huge backyard space. The host was extremely thoughtful in stocking the house especially the kitchen which made it easy to cook and grill outside. Francesco was super communicative and easy to deal with as a host. Cannot recommend enough!

Westhampton family getaway

The house is beautifully appointed and offered everything we needed. The weather wasn’t great for the beach on the front end of the trip so the pickleball court was a life saver. The house is conveniently located and walkable to town. The beach is a 40min walk or a short drive. The grocery store was a very quick walk as well. The house was perfect for us and I would definitely book again!

The home is exactly as described. The home is fully renovated and very clean with a beautiful backyard. It is clear the owner cares that guests are happy with their rental.

Great Place in Westhampton

The property was perfect for our needs. It is centrally located near Westhampton Beach Village, and a great neighborhood to walk or bike around. There was no pickleball net set up, but the owner is going to rectify that. No complaints. Nice, quiet neighborhood.

Improvements needed/not senior-friendly

My family and I had a decent stay at this home over Christmas. Though there were many good things about the place, there are definitely some improvements that can be made for a vacation home meant for multiple people who stay for multiple days. There were no extra garbage bags in the kitchen save for one giant one that was twice the size of the garbage, no extra toilet paper, no oven mitts (which led to a couple of burn incidents as dish towels don't always cut it-- though the oven did work very well!), and the teapot bottom crumbled off with each use. It should be noted in the description that the one walk-in shower is in the basement, while the ground floor bathroom has a very deep bathtub-- great for those who love bathing, but not good if there is a senior in the group. The bedding and towels are washed with a very strong-scented detergent/fabric softener, which stayed on your skin and clothes and personally made it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. The wooden steps leading up to the back door (the main entryway) were icy on the very cold days, and there was no railing to hold onto, making it especially difficult for my 77-year-old mother to come and go.One great thing was that Francesco was very responsive, both to messages leading up to the rental and while we there, and the overall process of renting went very smoothly, so thank you for that! I don't mean to come across as ungrateful, as I was very grateful to have the opportunity to spend time with my fam
