We are thrilled to offer this sweet hideaway. Nestled on several acres of recently reforested hillside, this cozy daylight basement is a gem! Fully renovated and updated, the space plays the perfect host for a romantic getaway for two or a wine weekend with friends. The comfortable living room and well-appointed, functional kitchenette make up the common area with loads of natural light and a beautiful view, just waiting to host wonderful memories of your trip to Oregon.

Newly renovated two bedroom (one king, one double) one bath daylight basement apartment.

Guest access
A code for the deadbolt lock on the entry door with be sent to you on your arrival day.

Things to note: Per the listing there is no washer & dryer available.
There is AC & heat however, guests DO NOT have access to the controller in your accommodations. The basement naturally stays cooler than the rest of the house. We turn on the AC once the weather reaches 70 degrees. Heat is turned on when the weather is 45 degrees or less. For your comfort we have both portable fans & heaters available for use that are high quality and user friendly.
Our daylight basement apartment offers a kitchenette. There is NO oven or stove top available.
Common Area includes the Basketball/Pickle Ball court. Though it is not a private court, however we do give guests first service priority. 2 basketballs and 4 pickle ball paddles and balls provided. Please message us if you would like to play pickle ball, we keep the net inside to avoid wear & tear. NO dunking on basketball hoop. Absolutely NO climbing on the rock/retaining wall.
Basketball court does have a ring camera that faces the court and located on the primary entrance of our home for safety & security only. There is a microwave for you to heat up meals or food as you desire. Please refer to our complete list of amenities located in the listing.

Additionally:
A lovely space away from the hustle and bustle of town. Instead of the hum of vehicles, you'll hear the whisper of the trees. The treed location calls for satellite internet that can be intermittent during inclement weather. The property was purchased in the Fall of 2022 and the owners promptly began the reforestation process.

This property is a smoke, cap and marijuana free property (on, near and in the property)
Pets NOT allowed.
Guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age or older.
No children under the age of 10 yrs old.
NO fires.
NO RV parking allowed.
This property has maximum occupancy and maximum car limits and may have specific parking instructions
No outside guests are allowed without prior permission from hosts.
Quiet hours are strictly enforced 9pm-8am.
NO dunking on basketball hoop.
Absolutely NO climbing on the rock/retaining walls that surround the property.
NO EVENTS of any kind allowed.
VIOLATION OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION AND FORFEITURE OF BOOKING PAYMENT.
