This Cherry Grove, super beachy, nautical-themed, cozy CANAL HOME, with a peekaboo OCEAN VIEW is in such a GREAT LOCATION!! We also have a Level 2 EV Charger available for FREE this year.

Walk to the BEACH ACCESS in under 2 minutes or to the ramps and nature preserve in under 5! That’s right!! This house is on 53rd and Nixon which means you’ll be on the same road as the HERITRAGE SHORES NATURE PRESERVE AND CHERRY GROVE BOAT RAMP!!! it’s a great spot to watch all the boats, street rods, and golf carts cruise by!!! The Point is only a 10 block walk where you can find conch shells, sand dollars, AND shark teeth!!! You might even be lucky to catch an octopus walking along the beach!!

We made us a PRIVATE BEACH in the back! There’s also a large, fixed dock. Fish for flounder, drum, catfish, grouper or, catch blue and stone crabs! Watch the pelicans and egrets go fishing too! Go on a tour or rent a kayak and paddle to the Marsh, Waites Island or the Point and swim in the tidal pools but watch out for the current.

You’ll never want to shower inside after using the huge OUTDOOR SHOWER with bench and overhead lighting!

This SMART home on the channel with voice-activated outdoor lighting has a BRAND NEW TREX DECK with AMAZING VIEWS that wraps around the ENTIRE HOUSE. The front deck has an ocean view and sunrise views of The Point from the 4 LIFEGUARD CHAIRS. It has GORGEOUS SUNSET VIEWS over the CANAL in the back!

There are even great views from inside! It is unique in that it has huge sliding hurricane windows wrapping around the entire room to watch the canal sunset from inside. The living room also has blackout curtains for privacy. The kitchen has the same view too! Two of the bedrooms, have SUNRISE OVER THE POINT views as well.

You can see why it’s called The Sunset Watcher!!!

There’s room for 6 at the kitchen table and 3 more at the bar. There's a kids table for 2 in the closet.

The living room has a big queen size sofa bed, love seat and coaster chair with foot rocker.

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee pot, blender, mixer, toaster oven and microwave, along with a steamer pot.

The Mermaid Room has its own exit to the SIDE DECK! It has a queen size bed, and its own full bath with a walk-in shower.

The Turtle Room also has a queen size bed.

The Peach Bunk Bed Room includes a full-size bunk along with a twin trundle. The Sunset Watcher has a capacity of 9. (There is a pack and play for baby/toddlers and we can accommodate an extra child in the bottom bunk. There is a surcharge for each additional guest exceeding 9.)

Each room has a smart tv.

The GROUND LEVEL is even more inviting! There are great spots to gather, play games, swing, nap or just sun the day away!

Bring your charcoal if you want to use the grill.

You’re not far from all the fun the City of NMB has to offer like Snooky’s, everything on 17, Filet’s, Black Beard’s, Barefoot Landing, 25 minutes to Myrtle and SO MUCH MORE.

Rent a golf cart and you can drive to Main Street to find a lot of the in-town action. You can even drive it to Platt’s Seafood to “catch” dinner … Our secret. Ride over the golf cart bridge in the fancy neighborhood to get there. There’s also a couple of big playgrounds in range of the golf cart.

Of course, we’re not far from all the golf in the area.

Intracoastal access is just a few minutes away if you’re bringing a bigger boat.

*7 night rental with check-in and check-out on Sunday over the summer. Please plan accordingly. Shorter stays may be accommodated last minute when available.

*There are 4 visible, motion activated exterior A/V Ring cameras, Upper deck/street, Driveway, Rear deck, Back patio/dock.

*0 tolerance for house parties and 3rd party bookings. Trip will be immediately terminated.

*Booking person required to be present at check-in and on location for duration of the stay. No one is permitted on the property prior to the booking person without prior approval.

*Booking person must be at least age 25.
