For health and safety of all our guests, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival.

The Entryway is spacious with coat hooks and a shoe bench.

The adjacent Office has a large desk, chair, lamp & cabinet. There are closing doors to the office and the upper walls are open to the main living area.

The Living room area has vaulted ceilings, dimmable overhead lights, two sofas, two chairs, and a 60" Roku TV (offering Netflix, YouTube, Disney, Prime, Hulu). Streaming services are available with guest's own accounts. Board games are located in the hall closet and on the shelf in the walkway/hallway.

The Dining Area has a large table with 4 chairs with two large decorative shelves. The kitchen island has 4 chairs for additional dining.

The kitchen has new appliances: full-size stainless-steel refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, large sink, and granite countertops (lots of counter space for cooking & entertaining). It is fully stocked with pots, pans & cooking utensils. There's a regular coffee pot, a Keurig (single brew) coffee maker, and a hot water kettle for tea. Spices, cooking oil, salt/ pepper provided.

This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is in the main bedroom.

Bedroom 1 - King bed, dresser, chair, bedside table, lamp, walk-in closet, sliding door access to back patio w/hot tub, & full bathroom.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, bedside table, lamp, coat rack, extra deep closet.

Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, bedside table, lamp, closet, chair.

Bedroom 4 - Two single beds, bedside tables, lamps, closet.

Laundry Area/Room - Full size washer/dryer, shelving, iron, ironing board, clothes hamper, door access to back patio.

The Main Bathroom has a tub/shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Vanity has one sink. Hairdryer available for use.

The bathroom in the main bedroom has a toilet, shower, and double sink vanity. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.

Enjoy the private, landscaped, fenced backyard with BBQ grill, firepit table, chairs, hot tub, and cornhole game. The grilling utensils are located in the kitchen drawer.

Guests will have access to the entire house and yard.

The driveway is a shared space. You may park two vehicles in the driveway. Please do not block the steps. There is additional street parking available.

The back yard is fully fenced. Please keep your pets on a leash while in the front yard.

Check-in instructions, address, WiFi password and WiFi smart lock code (to enter the front door) will be sent prior to guest arrival. Check-out instructions will be sent prior to guest departure.

This home has one Ring camera at the front door facing the driveway. There are no cameras inside the home. We respect our guest's privacy when they stay at our home.

Dogs are welcome, please see house rules for requirements. Sorry, no cats or other animals allowed.
Pet Rules:
A maximum of 1 dog is allowed (maximum weight limit of 50lbs). Sorry, no cats or other animals are allowed. There is a pet fee. Please include your pet when booking your reservation so the fee will automatically be charged. Guest must provide dog bed, crate and/or kennel. Dogs are not permitted to lay on the furniture or bedding. They must be secured in a crate/kennel if left unattended at any point. Guest must pick up dog waste and dispose of in waste bags that are securely tied. Please keep your dog leashed if not in fenced area. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by their pets.

House Rules:
No events, parties or large gatherings. No smoking of any kind in the house.

Quiet hours 10PM - 8AM. Must be at least 21 years old to book.

Keep propane tanks off when not in use. (Firepit and BBQ propane tanks).

The driveway is a shared space. You may park two vehicles in the driveway. Please do not block steps. Street parking is available for additional vehicles.

Check Out Procedures:
Rinse dishes and leave in dishwasher. Place dirty towels in bathroom shower. Bag trash and put in garbage/recycle cans. Leave all bedding on beds. Lock windows and doors. Leave heat at 68 degrees and AC at 73 degrees.
