This is a great place for a family to get away with lots of space and things for everyone to do. I would definitely highly recommend this place.The only couples issues we encountered was the ice maker did not properly dispense the ice, the can opener did not work well and there was not an electric one and the floors needed to be mopped. Those were just small thi.gs and would not prevent us from booking this place again in the future.

This property was amazing for a family of 6. The house was easy to locate and in a quiet neighborhood but not too far from all of the amenities of Pigeon Forge. The property is exactly as described in the listing and the host was extremely responsive for any needs or questions. My kids especially enjoyed the game room and the balcony views of the mountains.

Used the cabin for a work retreat. My team had a blast. The house was perfect for fun, relaxation, and work conversations. They have already requested to come back next year. Host communication was great before and throughout the stay. Highly recommend this property.

This place is absolutely gorgeous but I was extremely embarrassed that several of our guests experienced dirty bed linen, sheets and comforters. Our host was very responsive but the chasing crew was not. One of my guest noticed their sheets and pillow cases were dirty as well as leftover hair stuck to the shower wall. The cleaning crew came and changed the sheets and left the dirty comforter then can back to clean. They never changed the comforter. They left the shower dirty.Another guests comforters was dirty, and anther guests saw urine stains on the mattress pad when they went to waah their sheets. Many chose to but try and remedy the problems without bohtering me because I was the host but when I spend the type of money I spent cleanliness is vita. I'm extremely embarrassed and disappointed.

This is a beautiful modern cabin style home with an outstanding view. The arrangement of the bedrooms is excellent whether for an extended family or several families. There is one bedroom on the main floor, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. Each bedroom had an attached bath and access to one of the 3 decks. The greatroom had comfotable furniture, a large modern open kitchen and a large dining table. There are several arcade games, a pool table, a table shuffleboard game and many table games for evenings and rainy days. The area is quiet and private. The house was tidy and very clean. The location is excellent: very close to everything Pidgeon Forge has to offer; very close to Smokey Mountain National Park and all that Gatlinburg has to offer. We would definitely rebook if visit the area again.

Great House

Great location- private, yet close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The house had everything we needed. Great communication for the couple of questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing Tennessee get away

Our stay was great, the check in/out process was great and contact with the property management was great and quick. Everyone around us was very friendly. Our house had everything we needed and was very spacious

We absolutely loved this cabin! It is in a super quiet neighborhood and we really liked that the homes were not right next to each other like some of the other vacation rentals we looked at. The house was super clean (even the hot tub) and everyone having their own bathroom was perfect. It is really set up perfect for large groups. We used the fire pit outside to make smores and every night we were in the game room playing pool and using the gaming systems. Seriously so much fun! Our host checked on us multiple times and quickly took care of any questions or issues we had. The only thing I would note is that IF you plan to do any work that requires reliable internet, bring your own "hot spot". My husband needed to check in from his work lap top a few times and the internet signal was spotty at best. However, this was a small thing and you are in the mountains!! :)We would definitely stay here again! THANK YOU for an amazing vacation!

Great Cabin

The cabin is close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There is a beautiful view which is unspoiled from the surrounding cabins. The drive up to the cabin is easy during the summer without 4wd, with limited steep inclines. As soon as you walk through the door, you are greeted by a wall of windows looking out towards the mountains. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and there is also a Keurig, griddle, air fryer, and several other small appliances in the kitchen for use. Outside, there is also a grill and firepit. The living room has ample seating with a large TV, board games, and an electric fireplace. The game room contains many activities including a pool table, a golf simulator, and arcade game system. Off the game room was the theater room with ample seating and a large TV. Just outside is the hot tub which was clean and well maintained along with plenty of towels. There were lots of activities in the cabin to keep everyone entertained. Every bedroom has plenty of space, having its own bathroom (with plenty of towels) and balcony attached, giving everyone their own space during the trip. The beads were comfortable, with ample blankets and pillows provided. The cabin also has a great washer and dryer which can hold large loads for convenience. Overall, we found the cabin to be an excellent value and had a wonderful stay – Avantstay was easy to work with and responsive to any questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and happily recommend it.
