With so much to do, you may not spend much time in your room! But when you do, Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium 1506 won't disappoint. This one bedroom, one bathroom hideaway sleeps up to six and features a comfy king bed in the master bedroom, fun, built-in bunks in the hallway plus a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 per pass plus applicable taxes and fees for up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views from the balcony are beautiful. The condo was the perfect fit for our family of 4. The resort staff were helpful and very professional. I was well pleased with the strict enforcement of maintaining a safe and family focused atmosphere. We didn’t have to worry about our children being exposed to illicit and inappropriate behavior. We will definitely be back!

Home away from home

This condo was a perfect place to stay for my son and I. Room was clean, parking was easy and pool/hot tub was an added bonus. Beautiful view from the balcony as well. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful week vacation at the condo. Everything was clean and well kept when we got there. The ice maker did make a noise during the night when dumping. Super close to the elevators. The view was amazing. I love watching out the windows while eating breakfast. It was perfect for our family. The pull out was even comfy for my boys. The master king bed was super comfortable. We would definitely stay again in this condo.

Great location

Our stay was amazing. Check in and out were a breeze. Location was great. It was close to a lot of resturants and stores but far enough away to not be with the party crowd, which is great for those with kids. Room was clean and comfortable. The only negative I have is the bed in the bedroom, its box spring didn't seem to fit the frame perfectly so movement caused it to shift so we had to move it back into place frequently. But not the of the world. Still a great stay!!! Would definitely recommend

Only thing nice about the unit is the view

Unit is in need of updating! Bed, couch, chair very uncomfortable! Tub was clogged, and the bed frame was broken. Had To Call Maintenance 3 Times! There Are Plenty Of Other Condos For Rent On The Beach. First & last time here.

We almost didn't book this condo because of the lack of reviews and the ones there were wern't very good. Either we stayed at a totally different place or people have unrealistic expectations. We have stayed in many VRBO condos and this one was the nicest. It was very clean, comfortable and went above and beyond with "extras". There were games, beach toys, a small bottle of dish washing soap, some pods for laundry, facial tissues and dishwasher soap. Plenty of towels, kitchen items and hangers available. The only negative thing I can say is there were so many remotes we had trouble figuring them out but most people would have probably been fine. The resort was awesome and the people were very friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

Our stay at Boardwalk Beach Resort, managed by ECDI, was absolutely phenomenal. If you’re short on time, here are the key takeaways: the unit was CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, and FAMILY-FRIENDLY with SECURE GROUNDS, KIND STAFF, and an EASY, seamless check-in process—truly a five-star experience. This was our first time staying at this resort and booking through ECDI, and we’re already planning to return. After nearly a decade of staying elsewhere, we chose Boardwalk for its appealing amenities, especially the kiddie pool and splash pad for our two-year-old. The booking process was simple, and the condo exceeded expectations—it was even more beautiful than the photos. Check-in was impressively smooth. After a 12-hour drive, we were relieved to skip the traditional front desk wait. A week before arrival, we received our door code by email. Upon arrival, the security team quickly explained parking procedures, and we were in our room within minutes. The gated property and 24/7 on-site security made us feel incredibly safe throughout our stay. This experience has set a new standard for us—Boardwalk Beach Resort and ECDI have earned our loyalty.

MOLD!!!!!!!!!!Entire unit covered in ACTIVE BLACK MOLD SPORES!!!! DO NOT BOOK!!!! When we entered the property we could IMMEDIATELY smell the room was very moist and musty. After looking at all of the rooms we discovered active mold spores on ALL the air vents, in the bathroom, and on the shower head (pictures attached). In the kitchen, the mold spread to the drywall on the ceiling. We called the rental company within the hour. We had our young children with us and told them we were very concerned and requested to be moved to a safe property. They not only refused, but expected us to STAY IN THE UNIT while they sent a cleaner up to clean it (which would therefore make the spores airborne around me and my children). I was appalled and shocked. They still have not refunded our stay.Thanks to VRBO, my family and I were moved to a safe unit. The condo itself was actually great. Still unfortunate that we didn’t get to stay there. Do not book with this company under any circumstances. The unit is an extreme health hazard. Photographs for evidence below

Literally Perfect!

This condo is very well maintained. It is on the 15th floor, the view is spectacular. We ate on the balcony a lot but there is also a small table that seats 4 and 3 seats at the bar. It will comfortably sleep 6 with full bed in the bedroom, pull out sofa and 2 bunks. One bathroom, which was ok for just three of us. There are plenty of kitchen supplies plus toaster, coffee maker, blender. Fridge works great and we used the oven and stove a lot to cook. There’s a dishwasher but we didn’t use it. Just a couple of minor things needed repairs which we told them about at checkout. The location is great. It’s down close to the end of Thomas drive away from the hectic Front Beach rd. My son rented a jet ski two days in a row. They also had a shell island trip and banana boat ride you could do. The pool is very nice with two hot tubs and a kiddie pool area. There’s a bar that serves food next to the pool. We cooked mostly but the food people were eating looked yummy. Several nights they shot fireworks right on the beach in front of the condo and often had live singing at night. The elevators were very fast and parking was no problem. They also have a gym area that looks decent and a sauna. My husband would have like for the sauna to stay hot but he’d have to go turn it on an hour before he wanted to get it. Overall it was perfect. No complaints and would definitely recommend this condo

Girls Trip Fnally Out of Chat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We finally quit texting about the girls trip in chat, and actually made it happen! We found this condo on VRBO, and actually ended up getting it a bit cheaper through ECD. I have used them many times in the past, and they are still wonderful to work with. The condo is as described. Nothing fancy, but everything you need with a gorgeous view. Very clean... as is the entire property at BBR. There wasn't a time that I didn't see someone cleaning there! They have an awesome staff, one of which helped my girlies with jellyfish stings one of the last few days of our stay! I wish I could remember her name because she was an angel. The pool is awesome! Never too crowded. The Jetski rental group there was also the best! The ONLY complaint I have about the condo is the sliding door. While these hurricane proof doors are always heavy... you needed Hercules size muscles to get it open. It's the track... its either rusty or dusty or both but it is a PAIN to open and close. Not a deal-breaker... since we all came home with stronger arm muscles. But dang! The ONLY complaint about BBR is the elevator situation. They are still waiting to have one replaced, and they have one that breaks down a lot. It's a big place to only have 3 working elevators. BUT it didn't ruin our good time. It seemed to calm down a bit after the initial check-ins on Sat and Sun of our stay. Plus, one elevator was fixed before we left and it made a tremendous difference. We had the best week in PCB... can't wait to return. And after calming down about the elevators (we waited on for 45 minutes to get our stuff to our room) which I said would be a deal-breaker for me... Id still stay here again! It was that great. Oh, and the Tiki bar on property... 5 stars all day. Great food, even greater drinks!

Condos are family oriented and great for kids. I normally do not like staying in higher rooms but this one was not bad. We will definitely stay again.Only downside is the master bed mattress definitely needs an upgrade. It served it's purpose but if you have any back issues you may have some issues with sleeping.

Great PCB location and condo amenities

There was a lot to love about this trip and only a few cons. First, the condo was clean, well stocked, had 5 elevators so we never had to wait, and did an excellent job of enforcing all rules which kept it very family friendly. Beach area never was more than 1 umbrella/chair deep unlike many of the big condo complexes where we saw they had 3-4 rows. Beach area was clean and had good cleanup stations. Parking was close and even covered if you parked in lower level. The bad: master bed had ginormous craters in both sides that you could visibly see while standing next to the bed. The mattress was once a good quality but was way past its life span and resulted in a poor sleeping experience. The other issue was that the rental company requires you to sign an additional rental agreement which is no biggie BUT it asked for your credit for any damages AND any remaining amount due. The problem was I already paid in full and they listed on the agreement that I still owed the full amount so I refused to sign. They refused to alter it, so led to a bit of a stand off and thought i might have to contest with VRBO and cancel. It eventually got resolved but was a major headache. I was never able to get ahold of anyone via phone, email was the only way I could get a reply. Would I stay again? In this building yes, absolutely. In the same condo, probably not unless the mattress was replaced.

Loved Every Minute!!!

My wife and I came from Arkansas for a high school baseball tournament. We stayed 4 days and the room was exactly as advertised. Beautiful view and plenty of room. We will definitely be back.
