Escape to this spacious beautifully decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at Boardwalk Beach Resort, with enough room to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. Retreat to the cozy master bedroom with a king-size bed and your own private gulf-front balcony. The second bedroom features two double beds, and the expansive living room with queen sleeper sofa is perfect for family movie nights. Take advantage of the large kitchen to save money and prepare delicious meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:

2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 per pass plus applicable taxes and fees for up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Carol my wife and I have look at and stay in several condos over the years and this was absolutely the best, bar none. It exceeded our expectation in overall cleanliness, comfort, and location. The staff and guest were friendly and heilpful. Looking forward to our next and longer stay.

Very nice property!

This condo was beautiful and super clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay during spring break! The pool, tiki bar, and beach were all amazing too!

The condo was perfect for our recent late spring getaway! The location on the 9th floor gave us great ocean and beach views without being bothered by noise from the pool below. The kitchen was relatively well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We rarely had to wait for an elevator which was great! We would definitely consider booking again!

Family vacation

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. It had everything we needed and was just as pictured. The ocean views were amazing. We enjoyed the beach and loved that the pool was never too crowded. We were always able to get pool chairs. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Overall, the condo was clean, but there were several maintenance and housekeeping issues that appeared to have been overlooked for some time.The couch and curtains had noticeable stains. At this point, it would be beneficial for the owner to either have these items professionally cleaned or consider replacing them due to normal wear and tear.The floors were the biggest concern. They did not appear to have been properly cleaned before our arrival. There was still sand underneath the furniture from previous guests, and the floors did not seem to have been mopped. Within just a few minutes of walking barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were dirty. If the floors were mopped, it may be time to replace the mop or reevaluate the cleaning process.The master bathroom also had a few issues. The shower door opens inward rather than outward, making it difficult to turn the shower on without getting sprayed. We had to point the showerhead toward the wall before turning on the water. Additionally, the water temperature fluctuated dramatically from cold to scalding hot and took quite a while to reach a comfortable temperature.Finally, the toilet in the master bathroom had a persistent seawater odor throughout our stay.While we enjoyed our time overall, addressing these housekeeping and maintenance items would greatly improve the experience for future guests.

I want to start with that overall we had a good experience.•The location of this condo is top notch - you are close to lots of yummy restaurants, Walmart and various other shopping/activities with hardly no traffic. •The beds were super comfy - The kitchen had pretty much everything you would need. •The condo staff was excellent and kept the walkways nicely clean and dry with all the traffic going in and out. •This condo was decorated beautifully - however when we arrived it was as if the condo was never cleaned and they only went in there and changed the bedding. The property manager offered to have someone come back and clean but we chose to take care of it ourselves considering we had already brought our belongings in. •I also wanted to make people aware that after paying thousands of dollars to stay here - you have to then pay 50 for parking and 6 per wristband to enjoy the pool & amenities. I’m giving 4 stars only because of the cleanliness - everything else was good.

Reviewer Comments: I was a little hesitant about picking this condo because at the time it only had one review however upon arriving we knew right away that we had made the right choice. The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The resort itself is kept clean and we had no issue with the elevator except for on Saturday morning while checking out. They were a little slow then but overall not bad. The location was perfect for our family on the quiet end of pcb close to st Andrew’s and Walmart was nearby. The condo was well furnished however a few extra kitchen towels would have been nice. Only real complaint was the hot water. It gets extremely hot! Hot enough to burn a child I would think. Definitely needs to be turned down. We loved the condo and would definitely stay here again.
