With so much to do, you may not spend much time in your room! But when you do, Boardwalk Beach Resort Condominium 907 won't disappoint. This one bedroom, one bathroom hideaway sleeps up to six and features a comfy queen bed in the master bedroom, fun, built-in bunks in the hallway plus a queen sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. Best of all, a large, modern kitchen enables you to save money for fun by preparing your own meals.

The Boardwalk Beach Resort includes:

2,500 square foot zero entry pool (heated during winter months)

Parking & Resort Registration:
Boardwalk requires all guests to pre-register prior to arrival. A registration link will be sent to you closer to your check-in date to complete this process. Parking passes are $50 plus applicable taxes and include up to two (2) passes per reservation. In addition, resort-issued armbands are required for all guests and are $6 plus applicable taxes per person.

Great family place

This place was perfect for my family of 5. The kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils, but it definitely didn’t stop us from making meals. Everything was clean, the pool was nice and maintenance was prompt when needed! Loved the restaurant/bar by the pool and the beach was not too crowded!

We had a great time!

Check-In process was easy. Condo was exactly as described, and everything we needed. Great location, and great amenities. However, I did wash all bedding as soon as we arrived, as the bed spreads and pillow cases did not smell clean. Also had to rewash all the silverware, as there were forks and spoons that were in the drawer, still visibly dirty. I also had an issue with the washing machine only putting out hot water (yes, hot water… not even warm), and it was never resolved our whole trip. I was ok washing our beach and bath towels in hot water, but I did not want to wash our clothes and swim suits in hot water, so that was extremely aggravating. Overall, I was happy with our stay, but there were a couple hiccups along the way. Would definitely go back if someone of the minor issues we had were resolved. Thanks!

First glance the condo looked fine. As we started looking around we started finding trash on the floor, in drawers, on the balcony and beside the washer/dryer. We later found out when our clothes weren’t drying that the lint trap was WAY past due to be cleaned out ( which is a nice little fire hazard). On top of all that when the water wouldn’t drain in the bathroom, we found the faucet and drain stopper were broken. Now, you are probably thinking this is a bit much and complaining, but we spent a few thousand to stay here which includes a lot of fees. Cleaning is one of them. I would assume some of those fees are for maintenance too. It would only let me upload 8 pictures and no videos. Out of all of this none of this compares to the pullout couch. Evening of the first night my daughter goes to pull out the couch to lay down and watch tv. To our surprise there was dirt, sand and what appeared to be a toddlers toothbrush. Now the big question is, how long has it been there, because we don’t even know if the people before us even attempted to pull out the couch. If you thought there couldn’t be more, when we pulled out the couch there was water dripping from the couch onto the floor. I have video, but it won’t let me upload it. Contacted Emerald Coast who owns the condo. Sent them pictures/videos and all they said is we will send it to our team. Never heard another word in 7 days of being there. Won’t be staying with them again.

Mother/daughter weekend get away

My daughter and I decided to take a short trip to Panama City beach and we had a wonderful time! The property was clean and we enjoyed being able to sit out on the deck area and watch the ocean. The amenities were wonderful. Food and drink so close and accessible. Thank you so much for helping us to enjoy our short little vacation.

Weekend getaway

The atmosphere and condo was lovely. No complaints on that . Enjoyed the east access to beach and the pools. Despite my trip was super windy and cool, we still had a great time .i enjoyed my view from the balcony on 4th floor

Wonderful!

This property was clean, quiet, everything we expected on the inside and the view was breathtaking any time of the day. We had no problems at all. Our only complaint was that the tile floor was broken in the hallway and we had a hard time not stepping on it as we didn't want to make it worse. The restaurant down stairs has wonderful food, great drinks and the employees were amazing. If we're ever in the area again we will be back to stay here!

Nice stay

Cute little place to stay! It was so cool for our anniversary. It was time away which we needed! Furniture a little worn. I’d suggest to update the recliner and bed. Otherwise a nice stay! Tv was great

Listing does not do it justice....

My family needed a quick getaway and after viewing many condos, we decided to give this one a chance. I'm glad we did! The weather wasn't perfect (high of 55 and rainy) but the heated pool and hot tubs made up for it! The amenities we're closed (Coronavirus and it being the off season) but it was still a nice resort. The condo itself was clean, couches comfy and my son loved the bunk beds (he's hard to please)! We loved it and already talking about staying in this condo again in the summer!!

Just as pictured! Relaxing vacation

The property was very nice and we were able to get away and enjoy a week of relaxation. Perfect location to be able to access everything easily and quickly. Would definitely stay here again!

Beds need updating

My stay itself wasn’t great, the room was thoroughly cleaned and conveniently located near popular restaurants. I would consider staying there again, if the mattresses were replaced. The beds were very uncomfortable. That is the only negative thing I have to say, the tiki bar by the pool is very nice.

Not worth it

Floor was still sandy and wet from an attempted cleaning. There was a glob of chocolate(?) on the ceiling. Couch was still damp. All bedsheets were as soft as sandpaper. Main room curtains had a big rip in them that prevented you from totally shutting out the light. There were no coffee filters available, which was a first for us after having stayed in many places. They warned about toiletries but there wasn’t even 3 trash bags nor 2 rolls of toilet paper. For the price you’re paying at an otherwise nice condo, this place does not cut it.

Cozy condo with a new view

The check in was super fast and hassle free. The property has a quaint pool with a few hot tubs to relax. We loved the condo right on the beach, the view was gorgeous! Highly recommend!

Property was great. Condo has some issues.

The matrices are worn out. The shower faucet needs replaced or repaired. Dishwasher apears to leak a small amount of water. Kitchen needs to be stocked better to cook a meal. All cups and glasses are actual glass and not family friendly. Overal appearance of the room is good and neat but has had a lot of wear. The room was clean except for the tile floor in the main areas. The carpet going into the bedroom is worn and the tack strip wil stick you if you walk across barefoot. We enjoyed our stay but expected the room to be in better shape.

Uncomfortable mattresses on bunk beds and pull out couch, overflown toilet

Bunch beds was nothing but springs, the pull-out couch was. It's butbsorings. Out kids had to make a pallet in the bedroom just to get comfortable The toilet had problems with over-flowing and I called house keeping 4 times with still no response to have them clean the overflow up.
