Property was just as described, lots of great items in the kitchen fully stocked with spices and condiments. The hot tub is an excellent perk as we enjoy the slower private pace over the pool hotel vibe. Communication was great, check in and check out was very smooth. The only thing I found odd was the third bedroom is technically a room off the garage and the only access is through the garage. Almost felt as if it wasn’t in the house.

The property was clean in a beautiful setting close to all the amenities Pano has to offer. The host was responsive and helpful with all my questions. I will definitely book here in the future.

Very clean and comfortable. The drying racks were a bonus!Kitchen was set up well.Just a note that the room off the garage feels more like a basement room, with a very high window that you can't see out of. We found it to be very comfortable though.

Could have been cleaner, the garage was filthy and you have to walk through there to get to the bedroom. Access to the ski hill was a short walk. Place was stocked with Tupperware, ziplocks, spices, pancake mix, ketchup mustard relish, dishwasher pods, enough laundry pods to do 3 loads. Hot tub was great. Wish the kitchen had another large frying pan and a flipper spatula. Was quiet and good layout

Great stay

The place was as advertised. Any questions were quickly answered and there was lots of space to enjoy with our family. Close to the village and great respectful neighborhood

Pano ski trip

Great location, 2 minute walk to the platter lift. Hot tub and Pano hot pools were both great. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely recommend.

Nice townhome and good location

Unit is in good (new) shape, well equipped along with a nice location. The resort is also impressive and has a lot going for it year round. Mid level entrance is handy as well so you can avoid hauling groceries and such up one flight of stairs.

Looked just like pictures. Everything was clean. Host communicated promptly. There was construction in the area, but we didn't hear anything. Having the board games and hot tub was bonus when it got rainy. Resort pool access was a plus.

Beautiful property

It is a beautiful property and we had a wonderful stay. The listing is accurate in that the location of all the bedrooms are listed (it states ground level bedroom) but it was unexpected that the third bedroom needs to be accessed via the garage and is very separate from the living space. We also weren’t aware of the surrounding construction that started early in the morning and continued until sun down, but this is temporary. The property is beautiful and clean and very well equipped . If you are aware of the construction and the garage bedroom you will have a most enjoyable stay. The linens and bedding were top notch, it’s beautifully decorated, very good appliances. A wonderful stay.

This property was advertised as having air conditioning (AC) and it quickly became apparent after check-in that the AC was not working. We reached out and messaged the host and they were quick to respond with instructions of what we could do to rectify the problem. They told us that we had set it too low and therefore the system had frozen up. They told us to turn it of for a few hours to let it thaw and try again. When that did not work, they sent someone out to fix it. His fix did not work. We messaged again to tell them the problem was not fixed and they sent someone else out. He let us know that many of these units have problems with the AC freezing up because the AC unit is not large enough for the square footage of living space. We spoke with another person staying in one of the other units in the same complex and they said they had no AC either. The problem was never fixed so we did not have air conditioning in our unit with my 2 kids and in-laws for our entire 7 day stay in 30C temperatures. We also had issues with the front door key pad not working. They were quick to respond, got somoene to call us and eventually sent someone out (who initially told us the front door key pad was never meant to work and that we should just enter through the back door only) and then got it to work for us.Although the lines of communication were open and the host was quick to respond, in the end our trip was made less enjoyable because we had no AC.

Not impressed

Take a picture of everything as we were charged 50.00 for a hot tub cover clip that was already cracked. The clip is a 3.00 cost and is plastic. Was probably cracked through normal wear and tear from many visitors using the hot tub. We didn’t even clip the cover. There were also a lot of long dark hairs everywhere the place was not cleaned very well. When you get there be prepared to carry your luggage from a garage up 15 very steep stairs and the pool is very far you will need to drive. There also was construction going on that started at 6 every morning waking everyone up Overall this place was not represented accurately in the listing
