What a perfect apartment for our weekend in Scituate! Everything was just lovely, the decor, cleanliness, thoughtful touches (like snacks, coffee, tea) and location were on point. We can’t wait to come back again someday.

Lovely property, very clean, private and quiet. Comfortable beds. Everything you need. The stairs to the loft are quite steep and might be a challenge if you have mobility issues.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The host goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed. She provided welcome snacks and a note. The property is very clean and thoughtfully furnished with everything you might need. We really appreciated the beach towels and chairs. The host was a kind and responsive communicator. Our kids loved having the upstairs loft space to themselves while my husband and I used the bedroom on the main level.Great location within easy walking distance to town, beaches, and the lighthouse. We would be thrilled to stay here again if we ever return to Scituate.

Great property for a long weekend in Scituate. Well appointed and more spacious than expected. Our 4th grader loved the spiral staircase and having the whole third floor loft to themselves. It’s a short walk to the water and a small beach. Although it’s a bit longer, it is completely walkable to either the lighthouse or into the harbor proper.

The property was great, its an above the garage unit. I will say the spiral stair case to the second bedroom would be a challenge for anyone physically challenged.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. I will give a quick rundown first of what really stuck out to my wife and I: responsive host, homey, great awareness of a traveler's needs and CLEAN!For those who read on, I'm not sure where to start in complimenting the owner's attention to ensuring you can feel at home. Just pack your bags, bring some food to cook because otherwise they had everything. Nivea, our host, was attentive and responded to texts and calls very quickly ... even when our plane was delayed and we arrived very late at night. After walking in the door and finding a tray of snacks (and a bottle of wine) we explored the beautiful, roomy and interesting apartment. While the 1st floor has all you really need, there is also a unique twisting staircase that takes you to good size area in the attic. If your knees are up for it, climbing the stairs is worth it. For us, the kids had a blast having their own area. Finally, we could not believe how clean the house was. We have stayed in a variety of locations but this one was hands down the best kept and clean. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks for a great week!

Thank you Joel for your kind words! It’s always been a pleasure of mine and dream to open an airbnb that people will stay with us not once but always come back! I enjoy sitting back and thinking about new things that I can offer my guests to an unforgettable experience! Yes, I go beyond what’s necessary because I know how hard it is to work and the end of the year to invest and stay in a place that will make those hard working days pay off! To me it’s not about the money, it’s about the love and compassion I have to truly make other people feel welcome and at home in a place they can always remember as their ultimate relaxing vacation spot! And that is something money just can’t buy nowadays! Please come back and visit soon! Sending blessings to you and yours. Your Happy Host, Nivea Henriques The Scituate Sanctuary.
