Inside, you’ll find a modern open-concept design with high ceilings, tasteful furnishings, and thoughtful touches throughout. Relax by the electric fireplace, stream your favorite shows on the 65` Smart TV, or prepare a meal in the fully stocked kitchenette.

🛏 Sleeping Arrangements
In the great room there is a King-size bed with built-in drawers, nightstands, and luggage racks. There is a separate bedroom with twin-over-twin bunk beds (top bunk weight limit 150 lbs).

🍽 Kitchenette Includes
Vintage style refrigerator/freezer, sink, convection oven, two induction burners, microwave, Keurig single-brew coffee maker (pods provided), cookware, utensils, dishes, spices, cooking oil, salt, and pepper. (No dishwasher.)

Spacious bathroom with large step-in shower, vanity, toilet, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Guests have access to the entire guesthouse and the private fenced patio with hot tub, fire table, and seating area. Parking for two vehicles is available in front of the guesthouse. The main home is nearby on the same property, but guests enjoy their own space.

Check Out Procedures:
Wash & rinse dishes and leave in the drying rack. Place dirty towels in bathroom shower or laundry bin in bathroom. Bag trash and put in garbage/recycle cans. Leave all bedding on beds. Lock windows and doors. Leave heat at 68 degrees and turn AC off during fall/winter. Leave AC at 72 degrees during summer/spring.
