Beautifully located and thoughtfully upgraded, this light-filled condo at Timber Falls makes an unforgettable home base in Vail. You'll have a front-row seat to adventure, with lovely amenities on the grounds and the free Town of Vail shuttle bus stopping right at the complex.

Timber Falls is located in East Vail, about five miles from Vail Village on the free shuttle. It's a wonderful location close to skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, shopping, and dining. Within the complex, you'll also have access to a seasonal outdoor pool and tennis and pickleball courts.

You'll find this condo on the second floor, in a scenic position overlooking the mountains and valley. Step inside and be greeted by a host of recent updates, including new appliances, newer floors, fresh paint, granite accents, and a sound-proofed ceiling. Make yourself at home in the living room as you take a seat by the fireplace, set up a board game at the coffee table, or watch a favorite movie via cable or streaming.

On winter mornings, prepare that first cup of coffee using either the drip or Keurig coffee maker. On summer evenings, step out onto the balcony to prepare dinner on the electric grill. When it's time to turn in, choose between two bedrooms (one with its own balcony) paired with two full bathrooms. The primary bed combines two twins into a king.

Bonus features of the condo include heating in addition to the wood-burning fireplace and a stacked washer/dryer for your outdoor gear.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
