The stunning home, is a 3 Bedroom, 4 Beds, 3 Bathrooms, Spacious & Modern Family-style Villa which is nestled in the heart of Iskele, a popular residential Cypriot region. It is situated 400 meters from the famous Long Beach, where an abundance of water-sports and food stalls, trucks and restaurants can be found. The home is fully air-conditioned and can comfortably accommodate 8 people in luxurious comfort.

Situated in the charming residential area of Iskele, this modern 3-bedroom villa offers a perfect retreat for anyone, whether you're staying briefly or for an extended period. Whether you're seeking a quiet space to relax, a cozy spot for a couple's getaway, or a family-friendly environment to enjoy Cyprus' beautiful weather and contemporary design, this villa has it all. The villa has double-glazed windows everywhere and air conditioning in the living areas and bedrooms. With its clean and simple design, the villa creates a calming atmosphere. On the first floor, you'll find the kitchen, living area, main bedroom, and two additional bedrooms, along with two bathrooms.

Fly-screens cover all sliding doors and some windows, including those in the bathrooms. Natural light fills every room in the villa. It is one of the best features of this home, the summer sun is the perfect companion for early risers.

As you walk in, you can find the perfect resting and storing space for your jackets, a jacket rack. To your right, is the a spacious lounge area filled with blissful natural light coming in from the front porch. This space has been equipped with the highest quality of furniture, which compliments the interior design of the villa itself.

Positioned on the furthest wall from the entrance is a smart tv, linked to the home wifi for easy access if you are looking to use it as an external display, wireless monitor or Airplay for Apple users. The wifi will have youtube and Netflix Connected to it. We have a set of house plants positioned and places around the area to create a home, zen and cozy feel to the atmosphere, and not to mention, fresh air.

The left side of the lounge area naturally leads you over to the kitchen and island. There you will find a long teak table, with a table cloth for protection, coupled with ample chairs to accommodate a large group of people or a massive family. Kitted with the highest quality of appliances, you’ll find all the necessary appliances needed for everyday kitchen usage.

Leaving the kitchen, is a restroom available for easy access to your left. To your right are the stairs that lead to 50% of the living space. As you approach the last step, you can access the main bathroom, and the three bedrooms. The master bedroom is to the right and the second is to the left parallel to the master bedroom. The second bedroom can house 2 people on a queen size bed. It also has a balcony if you’re looking to sun bask or hang out some light laundry.

Next to it is the last bedroom, equipped with two single beds. It also has access to a balcony too.

Leaving this bedroom, you can head upstairs, which lead you to the terrace. This place is great for watching the sunset or having a bbq with friends at golden hour. A Cypriot style grill is built into the wall and you can use it during your stay.
