Wonderful Family reunion

We booked this property for our family and we have had a wonderful time. The pool is very nice and we also had a barbecue in the garden. Our family members slept very well in the comfortable beds. The airconditioning was also working fine. We would like to thank Rene for his hospitality.

My family and I had a wonderful time at the villa. We were there for a week celebrating with our extended family. The house is very close to everything we needed, with beach restaurants and nightlife nearby. All the amenities were exactly as described. the villa is in close proximity of few beaches. The private pool and private, fenced backyard allowed us to stay safe and enjoy a peaceful celebration. The house and check-in process were very easy. The community is safe and has numerous security guards. The kitchen is incredible; we had everything we needed to cook and eat. All the bedrooms have cold air conditioning. I would definitely return to the villa on our next visit to the Dominican Republic.

The rental was filthy upon arrival!The few pots and pans in the kitchen were dirty and damaged.One of the bathrooms, the sink did not drain and the shower did not work.All 8 of us had to use one shower.Upon arrival we were given the wrong code to enter the property and it took almost one hr for the host to figure it out.There were barely 4 mismatched glasses in the cupboard and 10 shot glasses.No: dish soap, dish towels, or dish cloths.Broken counters, half functioning stove, no toaster and 2 rolls of toilet paper for 8 guests for 7 days.Not enough linens for 8 people!To top it all off: we had no running water for 2 days!Had to bring pool water to be able to flush toilets.Not to mention we were unable to shower, cook and wash anything.We seriously want a refund!!!

We were able to check in with no issues however, when we went out we were unable to get back in due to the lock malfunction. Thankfully someone was inside but since it was late at night it took awhile to get back in. They were able to get us a key the next day but unfortunately it was an inconvenience. When we arrived the home was dusty and feet turned black when walking barefoot. There were water bottles thrown around the back yard and the furniture were worn and torn, guess they are not too interested in investing in the property. The location of the property is great however, it does not have direct beach access. When asked where the beach access was I was told to go to Macao beach when Bávaro beach being one of the best beaches in the world is relatively behind the property but there is essentially no access since it’s resort property. We asked around and were able to get through the resorts but they required an ID hold.The pool did not work and required maintenance to come and fix it therefore, we were unable to enjoy it the first night. Also note there are security cameras throughout the property, including the backyard. The alarm would constantly ring and it would have been nice to know where the cameras are located as it relates to one’s privacy.The host was responsive and property does have WiFi and air conditioning.

Here I tell you the incidents of my family vacation on this property the owner of the property sent me the information the day before the entry the address did not correspond with the property when we entered we noticed insects like cockroaches and spiders then we began to check the appliances and noticed that the air conditioning in a room was not cooling we tried to communicate it to the owner and the first response was that we were in a tropical country that took a long time to cool and if it did not cool it was because we did not know how to operate the equipment something that from the beginning he wanted to justify the next day he sent a technician who informed him that the air had a broken plate and he told us that it was because it needed maintenance the third day he sent another technician who reported the same thing in this case I took out my cell phone without realizing it and filmed it to have evidence since the owner told us that it did not cool because we did not know how to operate the air we were a family of 6 adults and 2 children which is why we could not use the room because of the damaged air another issue that you communicate the day Before the stay, it is said that you have a limitation of electrical current but the pool motor is on all the time. When I inform him, he responds that it is a lie, that it turns off automatically in 3 hours. I sent him a video and told him that I had evidence, so he sent a person the next day to turn it off. Sorry for your experience. The address of the community is in google map. The map will take you to the main entrance of the community and from there the security personal will check you in and provide directions to the villa. It is just how google map is set up in that area. The AC was working fine the day prior your arrival. Things happen sometimes out of my control but I was able to get it replace for you the next day. I hope to have another chance to host you and your family for a better experience. As a quick note, my house is well designed and maintained. It is equipped with modern appliances and furnitures to provide great experiences to guess. It is the only villa in white sand with private pool and bubble jet stream Jacuzzi. I have a full cleaning and maintenance crew that is available 24/7 I’m just a call or text away. I will provide the best hosting experience to You and family.

My property is the only one in the area that offers a fully modern and private pool in a fully bamboo fenced backyard in a private and gated community. My property is located in the same community of many great resorts of White Sand beach and Resorts. It allows you to enjoy the private beach access of these resorts and all their amenities.
