Welcome to your beach retreat! This spacious home offers easy access to the beach (5 mins via golf cart) and a serene setting. Enjoy inclusive entertainment in the open floor plan layout, with cozy bedrooms and a separate lower level master bedroom. Start your day on the screened in porch, then head to the beach via your 6-person golf cart (separate rental required) with beach chairs. Relax in the backyard with a firepit or explore the all the great places in Oak Island or Southport. Book your stay for the best Oak Island experience!

Bed linens and bath towels are included in cleaning fee.

HOUSE RULES-
- NO SMOKING/vaping on the property
- No Parties or Events
- Please be respectful of the neighbors as most of them are full time residents. Town of OKI quiet hours are 11pm-7am.

Did you know that we offer a golf cart rental?

It is SO much fun to cruise to the beach on our 2022 SIX PASSENGER street legal golf cart. It has a beach chair rack on the back and built in bluetooth speakers so you can listen to your favorite music!

Golf cart rates: $80 a night (which includes $20 a day beach parking pass)

We will need a signed copy our golf cart waiver and usage guidelines. Golf cart is rented for the whole duration of your stay.

There is a list of golf cart rules/driving restrictions located in the binder in the house. Please read the binder located inside the house for more important information about the property and the island.

Our stay was very enjoyable. Communication was great and Elizabeth was easy to contact and speak with. This is a lovely home, the golf cart was an added bonus to get to and from the beach. The house had everything we needed, from linens, to nice kitchen and outside grill. Definitely highly recommend staying here. Oh, and we loved the porch rockers!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was exactly as described. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made the entire process seamless from check-in to check-out.  The golf cart was awesome as we didn’t have to pay for any parking and it was convenient to use. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free getaway!

Pelican pack is a great house! Everything was clean the kitchen was well stocked. We loved having the golf cart and being able to bring our dog with us. The living area and kitchen is spacious as are the bedrooms. It was also nice to have beach towels and chairs available for use. The street is quiet and private and seems mostly residential with a quick golf cart ride to a beach access!

The house was charming and the front porch was a great place to relax. It is a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed using the golf cart to get to the beach and to the local restaurants. We also enjoyed our day at Southport and it is a very short drive there. We had a blast and will return.

Perfect stay

This house was perfect for our anniversary getaway. We were able to bring our dog, the house was clean and exactly as described, and the golf cart made it super convenient to drive to the beach! The owner was super helpful and responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay so much. Even my teenage son was excited that everything was labeled so well. Its was clean and very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and household items. We would certainly book this adorable home again.

First time on Oak Island

Our host, Elizabeth was very accommodating with us and responded promptly to my questions. The house had a great fenced in backyard and nice big screened in front porch. The golf cart was super nice and so nice to have at the house. Absolutely loved Oak Island and will definitely be back next year!

Beach Trip

The house was clean and had everything you needed to include things you would not think of. The TV was already prepped with an HDMI extension so plugging in the Xbox was a breeze. The beds were comfy and all of the things were present that you need for cooking full meals. The location was close to the beach and the Golf Cart, which falls under a separate agreement was registeres with a parking pass. The house came with beach gear and had plenty of room for the dogs. Communication with Elizabeth was easy and I always got a fast reply. We had a wonderfull time.

Family Island Vacation

We had a great stay overall and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax with the 6 of us. Location is great and so close to the beach. We thought the best swimming was at the point of the island. Lonerider Brewery has some of the best fried shrimp I have ever had. -LOVED having a stocked kitchen with all the things I could want. We cooked almost every meal. -Labels were very appreciated and made it so easy to find things. -Beach equipment was a great touch and convenient. -Location is wonderful house is beautiful and comfortable. We had plenty of spaces to relax with our four teenagers. -Large golf cart was perfect for our family of six and convenient. -Hose outside is very convenient for washing off sand from everything. -The notebook with all the information for the house and area is very helpful. -Golf cart use is a separate rental fee.

This House is Fabulous. A Little Piece of Heaven.

This house is clean and beautifully decorated. It has everything you need for cooking, relaxing and sleeping.Quality appliances and dinnerware.The rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable.Screened in front porch is wonderful. Had my morning coffee out there. Rocking chairs and a porch swing gives it that southern feel. Slow and Easy.The fenced in back yard was great for the dog. Just opened the back door and he was able to go down to the yard without us having to worry about him running away or having to be on a lead.There are plenty of quality towels.Beach chairs enough for the whole family.The gulf cart was so fun for the whole family to ride in back and forth to the beach. I travel a lot every year. This house was by far the best rental experience I have ever had.The neighborhood this house is in is quiet and non-touristy.Ice cream and coffee shops close by.Grocery stores and restaurants about 2 miles awayThe property owners were great with communications and easy to work with.I will definitely stay at this house again.

Oak Island and Southport are near and dear to our heart. We first discovered the area when visiting an Uncle and immediately fell in love. The Southeast side of Oak Island is perfect for being close to the beach but also hidden away in your own oasis
