LOGGERHEAD CAY 501 Unobstructed Amazing Ocean view Queen & Twin in Spare room
Gulf front & ground level. Our fully equipped condo has been completely remodeled with two bedrooms and two tile shower/bathtubs bathrooms. We know you'll love the beautifully decorated interiors and the beachfront location on the convenient east end of Sanibel Island. The condo is incredibly bright and spacious and sleeps up to 6 people. Loggerhead Cay 501 is on the ground floor of a four- story building. You will have a dedicated parking spot right outside the condos front door.
One of the special features we love about this unit is the ground floor screened in lanai that has a door directly to the beach. After a long day of enjoying Sanibel or just relaxing at the beach, it's nice to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing ashore while watching the sunset.
Additionally, there is an Olympic-size heated ocean facing pool, a seashell washing station, two pickleball and one tennis/pickleball court, shuffleboard, community outdoor grills, outdoor dining tables next to grills, and of course, the beach is your backyard.
It's all about location, as they say, and we are located two miles from Sanibel's famous lighthouse beach and 1 1/2 miles from Jerry's grocery store. Sanibel has two public golf courses nearby. Right outside the front door, there are 25 miles of stunning shared-use paths for you to enjoy while biking or walking. LOGGERHEAD CAY, 501 is just a few minutes from the Causeway, local restaurants, and great shopping.
Guests of this unit will discover why so many hold the Loggerhead Cay community near and dear to their hearts. We also offer a beach cart, beach chairs, sand toys, and beach umbrellas all stored in the ground-level storage unit for you to use.

• Second Bedroom:
The second bedroom offers a comfy queen and twin bed, a dresser, and a 32-inch smart TV. A dedicated bathroom Stocked with luxury towels, TP, Kleenex, soap, shampoo & conditioner, facial wipes, blow dryer, beach towels and much more.
• Living Area:
The main living area offers a pull-out Queen sofa sleeper with a 65-inch smart TV and a push back recliner & two swivel chairs to enjoy the amazing view.
This is an excellent condo for two couples traveling together or for a family of five or six. All rooms have lighted ceiling fans.
• Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a open floor plan and everything you need for your stay. Appliances are all brand new including refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the door, including a washer and dryer in the condo. Stocked with paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, cleaning products, dishwasher and laundry pods, coffee creamer & a few pods pods, spices, cooking spray, & much more.

We have vacation on Sanibel for over 30 years and when we retired, we chose Sanibel to be our full-time home. We live close to the condo so if you would need anything during your stay or have any questions, we would be more than happy to assist.

The condo is on the east end of Sanibel, which is the preferred end for travelers as you can get on and off the island very easily, and it is close to all activities, shopping, restaurants, lighthouse, Beach, and much more.
