Step into your home away from home: a comfortable 2-bedroom 2-Bathroom condo mere steps from the sparkling Myrtle Beach sand. King bed and full bed in the master bedroom, 1 queen and 1 full bed in the 2nd bedroom. Fresh linens are provided on each stay. Condo is equipped with free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Kitchen is equipped with stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and full set of cutleries. This Condo comes with washer and dryer to refresh your wardrobe after a day at the beach.
PLEASE NOTE:
Minimum age to rent is 21.
No pets, smoking, or parties allowed.
Parking garage has restrictions on RVs, motorcycles, and trailers.
A $20 per vehicle community fee for a parking/pool pass is required, not included in the rental price. Passes are a must to be obtained from the main office upon arrival.

Arcadian Dunes is a well knows community with a lot of amenities to enjoy:
2 swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, steam bath, tennis court, gazebo and grill areas, playground for kids, and in community restaurant/bar where you can enjoy food, drinks and karaoke nights.

Other than the apartment being 5 minutes walk from the beach and 5 to 10 minutes drive to most attractions at Myrtle Beach, our apartment is full of essential needs like washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with brand new fridge, and we cant forget our little one who can enjoy toys and board games.
