This two bedroom, two bathroom beachfront condo with a bonus nook was recently updated. The hideaway boasts new tile floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances plus large, flat screen TVs in the living room. The condo sleeps six thanks to a regal king size bed in the master bedroom, a comfy queen in the second bedroom and bunk beds in the cozy nook. You'll enjoy stunning gulf views from the spacious living room, kitchen AND the master bedroom. Why just look at the gulf when you can feel and smell it? Gulf breezes, warm Florida sunshine and fresh salt air await on your oversized balcony. It's big enough to accommodate your entire party!

When you're ready to explore the resort, you'll discover that the property lives up to its name. The Grand Panama Beach Resort is truly grand uniting architectural excellence with 650 feet of beachfront and first-class amenities. Guests who expect more will be treated to two spa pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor grills, meeting space plus all of the dining and shopping options that the gated community offers.

Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $55 resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $35. Same for Motorcycles. Trailer parking is $55. Resort Pet Fee is $50 up to 7 days, $5 per day after. No pets over 25lbs.

The location is perfect and plenty of room for four to six adults and kids. The space is a little outdated and could use some refreshing on paint, etc. We loved it and it was perfect for us to have a place to sleep which is all we needed. If you intend to cook here, bring your own pots, pans, baking sheets etc.There are plenty of umbrellas, floats etc on property which was nice. We would absolutely stay here again.

Clean, quiet, and comfy

Grand Panama is perfectly located if you’re looking for your vacation to be a little on the quieter side. The condo was clean and quiet with easy beach access. Staff on grounds were there cleaning all the time, whether it was the pool, the elevator, fitness area, or the halls throughout the facility. Everything was kept very nice and clean. We stayed during spring break and the beach in front of Grand Panama wasn’t busy - we had our pick of where to setup everyday. In either direction, though, the beach was much busier. Beds were comfortable so we got good rest each night. The kitchen is minimally stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. and things do stick to the pans, so be sure to get your Pam spray. We did have to buy a couple utensils (spatula, knife) to be able to cook. Communication could have been a bit better. We had to ask about the WiFi password and parking information - things that would be great to have included in the general information/check-in instructions. There were also not clear directions about what to do with trash. Thankfully looking at the emergency exit map, we located a trash chute for each floor near the elevator. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, comfy, and quiet little condo for a stay in PCB, I would recommend staying at Grand Panama.

Do NOT Stay in Room 1-706!!!!

The worst beds I have ever laid in my back hurt and could never get comfortable in them, the clothes dryer was extremely loud, lacking cooking utensils ( pots / pans.) There are ants everywhere in the condo, the furniture in the living room and balcony are in disrepair with holes, colapsing, And tears. “The Grand Hell-Hole.” This place ruined our vacation. Enjoy the lovely bathtub with plenty of hot water, because that’s all you will get.

Grand panama. Resort room 0706

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall experience of the grand panama itself was great. The unit itself was ok but could use a few things. No. 1 is cookware. There are no cooking pans/sheets and the pot and pans are not good. The biggest eye on the stove does not work. The living room furniture is outdated and uncomfortable. We love the grand panama and have stayed in other units but this one was the least favorite. With the things listed replaced and fixed we would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great experience other than a couple things. The first was resolved quickly as the dishwasher didn’t work. However, if you intend to cook anything nonstick (even with cooking spray), don’t try it. Your food burns and it takes a while to get them scrubbed clean as they are really outdated. No bread pan, all pots are stained and burn your food...especially breakfast like pancakes. That’s just an FYI. Also, they are hardly any storage bowls so bring your own if you plan to cut up fruit, etc. Other than that, great rooms, great pool, etc.
