Comfortable beds and location convenient to downtown and freeway access: I did not cook but appeared that the kitchen is well stocked with the basics.

Check in was without incident. The unit is comfortable, quiet, clean and centrally located. The kitchen was well stocked and all appliances we needed were present and operational. Off street parking is an added bonus.

Everything about staying at this VRBO was excellent, from the booking process, to communications with Don, the host, to the property itself! The unit was very nice with every accommodation you could think of, including an awesome coffee/tea bar. Safe quiet neighborhood close to downtown. Would highly recommend!!

Comfortable and convenient

My husband, adult daughter, 2.5 year old grandson and I stayed two nights at this conveniently located house. It is small but functional and comfortable. We had quick, clear communication with the host. We could walk to the waterfront and Capitol Lake. We appreciated having a carport space and there was also street parking. As mentioned in other reviews the beds were comfortable but the bedroom furniture was basic. We found the house to be good value and it suited our needs.

Perfect uphill getaway for downtown events!

This was our first experience with vrbo and my husband and I were completely happy that it all went as smoothly as we could have hoped. We needed a place near downtown for an event and were happy that the place was clean and had the small ammenities that we forgot including conditioner and flossers.This felt like home with some extra clean measures in place like the disposable shower liner and ample cleaning supplies. I could not figure out the app so we used the browser version and received simple and timely notes from the host. 10/10 would choose to stay here again.

Great Stay

Great stay, I'm glad I did not bring my dually it would have never fit in the parking space or even down the main road or alley where the carport was...The parking should be discribed and emphasized for small cars only, if I would have drove my dually it would have been a horribly stay as my father is 81 and. But it all worked out...It is a great location close to lots of restaurants....Furniture is cheap, dressers were broken, not anything to put luggage on, coffee countertop was not secure, coffee machine plug was not secured to the wall it came out and was hanging, but for a fishing trip and short 2 day stay it was great...

Girl's trip

Overall the place is pretty good. It's close to lots of dining options, downtown, the mall... It was clean, stocked with some basics (coffee pods, tea, sugar...), and the beds were decently comfortable. The only real negative to be aware of is that it's attached to the unit next door with VERY thin walls, so you can hear pretty much anything above a quiet conversation level that's happening next door. Fortunately the bedrooms are on the other side of the unit from the shared wall, but we could still hear them at times, as well as when they were coming and going the next morning, as the carport is right next to one of the bedrooms. White noise sound machine definitely recommended!

Nice Lodge in Olympia

It was easy to add an extra day to the reservation. Our host made sure that the experience was seamless, and that our Thanksgiving week stay in Olympia was pleasant and comfortable. I would stay here again!

Nice Residence in Olympia

Our host was very communicative and helpful with check-in. It was my first time staying in Olympia. Apartment was a great deal for Thanksgiving weekend, as we had one bedroom for myself and the other for my brother. We appreciated the furnished kitchen and ample coffee choices, as well as the sofa and big screen TV. The neighborhood was a pleasant place to take a morning jog.

Great location

Great location, clean, easy to find. Close to downtown but quiet. Could ride our bikes from the unit to the wonderful cycling trail. Don was very helpful by bringing over two additional fans for the bedrooms during the heat wave. Living air conditioner worked well.

Clean and comfortable with a great host

We really enjoyed our stay! This property is very clean, well-stocked with cooking and bathroom items and very comfortable. The neighborhood is nice, quiet and convenient, with a park with a splash pad just a block-and-a-half away. Although it was a very hot weekend and there is no A/C, Don had provided two large fans that helped keep things cool inside. Note that it's a bit of a steep drop into the carport from the alley, but our Subaru did it just fine.
