The apartment had extreme wear and tear and looked nothing like the photos presented on Vrbo. Kitchen and bath flooring was torn up, stains on the carpet, carpet pulled from the wall in several locations, smoke detector was removed from the wall in the upstairs bedroom and extreme clutter of items. I did give one star because the place was clean, I do appreciate and respect a clean and sanitized location. But the owners need to update the location back to its original form and declutter, as well as attach the dishwasher so that it is secure. Walking location was great and I felt very comfortable in the area. I would not recommend unless they can provide current photos of the status.

Thank you for the honest review of the cleanliness of the home, but I am sadden to see you left a review of the exact damages you caused in the home that are documented with before and after pictures of your arrival and none of what you mentioned on this misleading review is the case. Unfortunately you having left this review and not responding to the claim made from all of the damages you caused is really sad to know VRBO allows for profiles like this to exist. I really hope you don’t have a pattern of destroying homes, not responding to claims, breaking and entering into supply closet and stealing supplies. Hosts have families, lives, and a business to run for others to enjoy.

Perfect Location

Clean, comfortable and cozy this townhouse is conveniently located walking distance from the aquarium and Coca-Cola factory. If you're up for an adventure like my sister and i you can rent an electronic scooter and explore downtown Atlanta.

The apartment has not been well maintained. Several lights were not functioning, garbage disposal does not work, worn cabinets, no spindles in the toilet paper holders, worn carpet, etc.

Good location; OK neighborhood

I think it is difficult to have a property for rent when you cannot physically oversee the condition. There were some amenity issues that were annoying (chairs that were unsuitable for sitting; No lights in one bedroom, had to keep the closet light on; dishwasher was not secured to counter). We were able to walk to our event however.

Review

It was very nice. We did struggle with the air and keeping it cool. It kept going back up making it really hot down and upstairs. Also more lighting in the bedrooms would be nice. Being able to stay in a place that makes you feel safe is worth so much.

Perfect Location

Our family, 4 adults and 2 kids, have spent 4 nights in this property for Christmas holiday. Location is perfect! Less than 10 min of walk to almost everywhere including restaurants. It's a bit small for 6 people if you are not willing to share beds. The owner was nice and easy to communicate to. Street parking could be busy depend on the time of the day, but much safer than I thought. Also because of the good location, we didn't have to drive for most of our stay. Cleanliness was below expectation. Already chatted with the owner about this, so I guess it should be improved by now.

Nice townhouse 6 minutes from The World of Coca Cola and the Aquarium

They property was nice, a little dated and furniture kind of worn. Overall amenities were good, however the fan in the living room did not work and some lamps were missing light bulbs. A hot tub was listed as being on the property, but there was no hot tub. Over our six day stay the air conditioning went out twice. But overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and we would recommend the property.

The fan in the living room does work but by the time instructions were given to you it was time to check out! I’m not sure why VRBO has a hot tub listed but to be clear there are TWO BATH TUBS in the home not HOT TUBS! I’m glad that you would still recommend and return again with us! Looking forward to hosting you and your party again!

Downtown Atlanta

Location of property was very convenient to attractions in Atlanta. There were lots of stairs. Parking sometimes was available right in front - other times had to park a block away. There seemed to be a fair amount of homeless people in the area. We could only get programs on 1 of 3 TV’s and it was in one of the bedrooms. Couldn’t get the lights to work in one of the bedrooms. Place was spacious enough and clean enough.

Unfortunately, my experience at your property was not positive. I’d like to share specific areas of concern:•The overall appearance felt very dated.•There was no lighting in the second bedroom, which made it unusable at night.•The linen needs to be replaced, as it felt worn and previously used.•The space is overly cluttered, making it uncomfortable.•Kitchen supplies were incomplete—for example, I could not locate any forks.•The dishwasher is not mounted properly, which feels unsafe (an accident waiting to happen).•The carpet appeared unsanitary; I recommend replacing it with luxury tile for cleanliness and maintenance.Summary:My stay at your property did not meet expectations and was not a good experience. Thank you for your feedback. However, I do need to clarify several points for accuracy. At no point during your stay did you make any of these concerns known to me—despite my check-ins to ensure you were comfortable. Had you raised them, I would have promptly addressed and remedied them. To be clear: The statement that the second bedroom had no lighting is false. The high-tech lamps in that room are operated by remote, which was available during your stay. The kitchen being “incomplete” is also incorrect. I have dated photos confirming it is fully equipped, including cutlery and all necessary utensils. The property is maintained to a high standard, and linens are freshly prepared for each guest. While feedback is always welcome when it is constructive and timely, it is important to note the context here: these comments appeared only after your request for a full refund was denied. Unfortunately, that makes this review appear less like genuine feedback and more like a retaliatory narrative, which is unfair to both myself as the host and to future guests relying on accurate reviews. I remain committed to providing a positive and comfortable experience for all guests and to addressing any issues promptly when they are brought to my attention.

Not a good stay

I don’t fault the property manager, but the cleaning staff was not present and hard to get a hold of. The property was dirty and there was still trash in the property when we got there. We took it upon ourselves to clean the property and to make it appropriate. The previous tenant left furniture broken and there was no tv access.

Hello Raymond your review comes as a complete shock to me, being that none of this was ever reported during your stay. It really is disappointing that you retaliate with an untrue review just because we requested an $8 mini bar balance to be paid & you refused. That is a shame, but I hope you travel with more integrity than to intentionally try to hurt one’s livelihood and business by spreading false information. My home is 95% booked for every month with reoccurring happy guest, so I understand when we get the 5% who can’t be pleased! Have a great year!

UNSAFE! DANGER!

I wish I didn’t have to write this review. But, our experience was nothing short of horrific. Within 5 min of parking at the condo, our windows were smashed in. We walked outside to find 3 men robbing our vehicle. We yelled and begged them to leave, but of course they didn’t without full hands of our belongings. Then, it took 1.5 hours for the cops to arrive. Once they did, they were great. Chasing people around the neighborhood for an hour. Then the following night there was a shooting in the street right beside our condo. We were walking home from a tournament and saw the crime scene and cops everywhere. Needless to say, we packed our things and left and never went back. We had kids with us and they were terrified. We barricaded the door with the couches the one night we stayed. We ended up paying to stay somewhere else. Our safety was much more important. The owner made it out to us like she was shocked, however the maintenance men working told us it was very common to get robbed here. Do yourself a favor and skip over this listing.

We are truly disheartened to read this review, especially knowing it was submitted only after we declined a refund that was demanded via text—accompanied by a direct threat to leave a negative review. To be clear, the story shared here is not only exaggerated but contains claims that were never once brought to our attention during or after the stay. The only issue mentioned was that the guest left their car unattended with the doors open in a busy downtown area—an unfortunate but preventable circumstance. No mention of windows being smashed or any report of a robbery involving three men was ever communicated to us. Nor were we made aware of a shooting or police chase. Had any of these events truly occurred, we would have immediately supported a police report and involved local authorities, as guest safety is always our top priority. Our condo is located in a prime area of downtown Atlanta, steps from CNN, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, and major attractions, and has hosted hundreds of guests without incident. Our security team, maintenance staff, and past reviews speak volumes to that fact. It is deeply disappointing when individuals attempt to weaponize reviews to secure refunds. We encourage future guests to read our many 5-star reviews and reach out with any questions before booking

It was my birthday & I was highly disappointed & disgusted. When we entered the apartment the sheets was used & messed up on the bed, dirty towels were on the floor, hair was all over the bathroom sink, floor & even on the used towels that was hung up, open used soap was left in the corner of the tub. Food crumbs was on the floor, even the furniture was not the same that was in the picture on the website, it was false advertisement. When we contacted the HOST & explain that the apartment was filthy, they basically told us to find a key to go in the closet & get the cleaning products, clean it up ourselves & we already paid for a cleaning service FEE. We was not comfortable cleaning somebody else’s mess while we were on vacation, we requested the host to send the cleaning crew the first night but the host said they was going to send them the next morning but nobody showed up. We woke up the next morning & asked the host about it again they said they would send them but nobody still haven’t showed up. This is my first time booking on this app never thought I would experience this my first time. After this experience I will never book with this app again. The host was very unpleasant & unhelpful & I asked for a refund, never got my money back

We take pride in maintaining a clean, luxurious, and welcoming space for every guest—and we’re incredibly disappointed to have hosted a group that chose to retaliate with a misleading review rather than take accountability for their own actions. This guest’s claims are entirely false and are currently being investigated due to over $5,000 in intentional property damage caused during their stay. A police report and formal insurance claim are now in process. Had there truly been an issue with cleanliness upon arrival, the professional course of action would have been to provide photographic evidence or immediately check out, as our 24/7 support policy allows. Instead, the guest and her party remained at the property, hosted a party that violated house rules, and left the home in a state of vandalism. Broke into the supply closet, stole products out of the supply closet, left the water running in the bathroom, broke cabinets and most foul violating thing was urinated in the bed like animals. We have time-stamped photos and documentation proving the extent of the destruction. It is unfortunate when platforms are used to mislead and harm hardworking hosts who build safe, quality spaces. We welcome respectful travelers, families, and professionals—but we will not allow false narratives to go unaddressed.

We had a great stay and would definitely book again. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect for getting around Atlanta. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out super easy.The space is a bit dated, which other reviews mention, but it was well-kept and everything worked—so it met our expectations just fine. It’s a little quirky, but in a cozy, comfortable way.The kitchen is slightly oversold if you’re planning to cook big meals, but it’s perfectly adequate for basics. Water pressure in the bathrooms was great, and having TVs in both the bedrooms and living room was a nice bonus.The neighborhood may not feel ideal to everyone at first glance, but I felt safe the entire time—even heading out early in the morning and coming back late at night for a volleyball tournament. Parking right in front was easy and we had no issues with our vehicle.There were some lively neighbors at times, but nothing unusual for a city.Overall, this place offers great value: clean, comfortable, well-located, and easy to enjoy.

This townhome is very worn out - kitchen flooring is loose/missing, torn/stained linoleum in the bathrooms, missing chairs for kitchen countertop and dining table, no coffee table in living room, worn cabinet doors, random items in bedrooms, etc. All appliances worked good.In my opinion, they just need to invest some money for repairs/updates. The neighborhood isn’t the best, however the location near downtown is great and we felt safe walking/parking on the street. Having said all that, it was a decent value for the money compared to hotels.
