PRIVATE POOL & WADDING POOL
Open year-round. Pool and spa heat is available as a combined option only for an additional $875 + tax per week. Pool heat cannot be purchased on its own. Heating is only effective when temperatures—day or night—are forecasted to be above 60°F, so we recommend checking the forecast closer to your stay (but no later than 5 days prior, request after this window will not be accommodated) before adding heat.

Pool Heat Disclaimer
This home offers pool & spa heat (combined) or spa-only heat as optional add-ons for an additional fee. Pool heat cannot be booked separately. While we do our best to ensure all amenities are working properly, heat cannot be guaranteed. These are not stand-alone hot tubs—they are part of the open-air pool system and may be affected by weather or unexpected equipment issues.

If heat is not functional during your stay, we will refund the heat fee only. No additional discounts will be given.
