Comfort Casita is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood of La Mesa. We want you to feel like you are on vacation with all the high-end amenities and design but still the comfort of your own home. The casita is centrally located easy access to I-8 and CA-94 freeway. We are 14 miles from Coronado Beach and 9 miles from Downtown. Enjoy the casual San Diego design with the feel of boutique hotel living.

We have designed this newly constructed home to meet all the expectations of our travelers. Casita is around 400 sqft and will fit 3 guests comfortably, bedroom has a queen-size bed while the sofa folds out to a full-size bed. The casita shares one common wall with the main home has a private entry and an abundance of street parking.

Entertainment: Roku TV with Netflix, Hulu, and other subscriptions. Wi-Fi, and a variety of board games to enjoy.

Amenities: 2 complimentary waters upon arrival. Fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking supplies you need to make a great meal. Bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, hair dryer, cotton swabs, steamer). Washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets included. Kerug coffee station and an assortment of caffeinated and herbal teas.

Comfort: Experience comfort with the Serta mattress along with an adjustable bedframe tailored to your unique sleep needs for ultimate relaxation.

Casita has its own entrance located on the left side of the main home. You have your own private patio along with an abundance of street parking. To protect the privacy of our guests access code will be sent to you on the date of check-in.

This is a full residential setting with no other vacation rentals around. Zero tolerance for parties and noisy guests. Please respect our fellow neighbors as this is a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. No parties or events big or small allowed.

Violation of house rules including but not limited to any illicit activities may result in immediate forfeiture of the property with additional fines. By booking this property, you agree to accept any and all risk of personal injury, illness, death or property damage including but not limited to any surrounding areas of the property and hereby release owners and associates of this property from any liability or responsibility.
