Super kind hosts who brought delicious muffins for breakfast! The cottage has generous and updated spaces that are fresh and cozy. Easy parking and mostly 'accessible' place. A quick drive to Ooms park.

This cottage was perfect for my daughter and me! Each of us had a bedroom, and we shared a bathroom. The cottage was immaculate and the artwork was amazing! Just as many others have posted, the muffins are delicious! I had a lot of communication with our host, all of which was positive. I had no complaints at all, and it was very nice chatting with her. She provided lots of ideas for entertainment, and she was spot on! I hope to return to the area again someday, and will definitely stay here again!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The cottage is well laid out and super clean. The landscape is bucolic with a pond full of frogs and turtles. the location was convenient for us to visit the Berkshires. The host, Yasmin, was very gracious and brought us warm, delicious muffins in the morning. The place can use some window coverings to block the morning light. Otherwise, the place was well equipped and with new appliances.

Country Cottage in the Woods

Very comfortable and well appointed cottage. Had everything you need for a getaway and plenty of on-site amenities. Location is secluded and quiet. Yasmin was a great host, gifting us homemade muffins on arrival (YUM!!). This location is close to family, so we look forward to staying at Yasmin's cottage again.

Comfortable Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Yasmin's place. It was very clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The hosts were extremely responsive and kind, and handled a minor issue very promptly which we really appreciated. They even brought us homemade muffins on our first morning, and a nice welcome note when we arrived. We will be so happy to stay here again!

Lovely cottage on a beautiful property

We had a great time staying at the house in Chatham! It was extremely clean and comfortable for a family with a dog and a kid. We enjoyed the spectacular light and fall foliage. It was a quiet retreat but close enough to Berkshire towns and Hudson, so daytrips were easy. The host was very responsive and even offered to make fresh muffins. Highly recommend!

A little slice of heaven

So glad to have stayed here! The cottage was beautiful. A little path through wildflowers led us to our own pond. The dog loved exploring and enjoyed the frogs hopping around. Every last detail was taken care of. Yasmine put a lot of thought into accommodating every need. Would definitely recommend spendi!time here!

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend for three nights. Cute little house at the end of gravel lane near the hosts' house. Lots of privacy but close to amenities. We used it as a base to travel to Kingston, the Catskills, and Lee, MA. Well equipped kitchen, as we cooked at hot breakfast each morning. John brought us some of Yasmin's delicious homemade muffins which complemented our breakfast. Bed in the larger bedroom was very comfortable. Communication with Yasmin and the check-in/check-out process was easy. Be advised that the water is very hard and has a sulfur smell, so you may need some extra conditioner for your hair.

Firefly Oasis

The best part of our stay was an unexpected surprise... at night the field/yard was filled with billions of fireflies. We've never seen anything like it in our lives! It was an endless light show... Very special! She says it isn't all the time but if you happen to be there when it is happening you are in for a wonderful treat! The host was very accommodating especially for our pets, was very friendly, and the house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and grill while we were there. The owners live on the same property (up the hill) which is fine with us but just fyi in case that is an issue for you. The host also came and brought us fresh baked muffins the first morning we were there which was very thoughtful and they were delicious! We loved the big yard, convenient location, and the quiet at night and plan on staying here again! We had a wonderful time!

Yasmin and John were very hospitable hosts, who provided all necessary support and information -- and welcomed us with home-baked blueberry muffins!The well-equipped kitchen was pristine, with lots of light, space and all the necessary applicances.The cottage setting in the Old Chatham Hills is lovely and invites exploration, and is close enough for us to make our several trips to Tanglewood easy.
