Located on Madeira Beach, our spacious 3 bed/2 bath direct beach front condo includes a full kitchen, WIFI and a long balcony overlooking the Gulf with sliding doors from the master bedroom and living room. This is a corner unit with an extended balcony located on the 2nd floor with unobstructed view of the beach and sunsets. Enjoy private access to the gorgeous white-sand beach and year round heated pool. Watch the dolphins swim by from the balcony or from the beach sand steps away.



The Space:

3 bedroom 2 full bath with living room, full kitchen and dining area. Screened in balcony with full unobstructed beach view. We can comfortably fit 4 adults and 4 children.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire unit and balcony as well as the private heated pool and private beach.



The Neighborhood:

This barrier Island Community is what you get when you cross an Old Florida \ fishing village with a lively (but not rowdy) beach town. Relax, stroll and swim along 2.5 miles of beautiful beaches, or check out Mad Beach’s rocky southern point, a popular spot for shore fishing.



Save a day or more to explore John’s Pass Village & Boardwalk, a rustic waterfront complex with over 100 shops, restaurants and water recreation businesses. From John’s Pass, catch a dolphin cruise or pirate-themed cruise, rent a boat or jet-ski, or even hop on a floating tiki bar.



Getting Around:

The Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority offers public transportation access throughout Pinellas County to and from the City of Madeira Beach.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that this rental is in an area that at certain points of the year is considered to be a hurricane zone. Please note that we cannot control the weather. If you are concerned that weather may impact your trip, please purchase travel insurance. We will not be issuing any refunds for weather related cancellations.



*Please note that there are a few areas of the building that are still under repair from recent hurricanes. The majority of repairs have been made except for exterior painting and patio wall. The unit itself is not affected by the hurricane so your stay should not be impacted. Our family visits often and have not experienced any disturbances.
