I stayed at this property with two close friends for an annual camping trip. We have always done tent camping, but chose to splurge a little for the fifth year of this tradition, and we could not have been more pleased with our stay. The cabin is a cozy, private getaway nestled in the woods, a good distance away from the road and neighboring properties. You might hear the occasional car pass, but we did not find it disturbing. The beds were clean and comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and extra blankets. We cooked multiple meals in the kitchen (fully stocked), enjoyed them by the fire, and spent hours in the hot tub, which was also very clean and fully functioning. Nick was a perfect host, providing explicit instructions for check-in/out and responding promptly (within a few minutes) to any questions we had via VRBO chat. He never bothered us with unprompted messages during our stay.My friends and I also enjoyed the Ash Cave hike in Hocking Hills State Forest and Logan Lake, both of which were a short drive through the winding forest roads.I moved to Arizona 5 years ago, and all year long, I look forward to this annual trip to reconnect with my loved ones and the beauty of the Midwest. I can confidently say that our stay here accomplished this. Thank you, Nick!
