The Space:

Picture the whole crew scattered around the backyard: someone cannonballing into the pool, someone else parked on a poolside lounger, burgers going on the grill, and the fire pit waiting for after dark. This spacious 4,300-square-foot home in Glendale is built for exactly that kind of gathering.



Inside, there's plenty of room to spread out. The main floor holds a plush king suite with its own ensuite bath, plus three more bedrooms and two additional bathrooms. Downstairs you'll find a second king bedroom, another queen bedroom, a full bathroom, and a basement game room with a movie theater screen and reclining chairs, perfect for a rainy-day hangout or post-pool wind-down.

The chef's kitchen comes fully equipped, with an electric range, Keurig and drip coffee maker, and seating at both the dining table and kitchen island. Out back, the fenced pool area includes an above-ground spa, shaded seating, and a fire pit for evenings under the Arizona sky.



This one's made for big groups and multi-generational trips, with two levels to spread across and a fun-first backyard everyone can enjoy. Our local team is around throughout your stay, so you can just relax and enjoy Glendale.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home via keypad entry, with the exception of the owner's locked closet.



The Neighborhood:

This home sits in a quiet Glendale neighborhood just a few minutes from Westgate Entertainment District, so you're close to restaurants, shops, and nightlife whenever you're ready to head out. State Farm Stadium is only a short drive away too, making this a great home base for game days and concerts. Golf lovers will appreciate having a few courses just minutes from the front door, and Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout the greater Phoenix area if you'd rather leave the driving to someone else.



SPORTS STADIUMS – State Farm Stadium is only 5 min away! Peoria Sports Complex for Spring Training is 15 min away.



Getting Around:

A car is handy for exploring the wider Phoenix and Glendale area, though rideshare is easy to find nearby if you'd rather skip the driving. Driveway parking is available right at the home.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM, check-out is at 10:00 AM.



Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age to book this property.

No pets allowed.



We kindly ask that guests refrain from hosting parties or events at the property. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors. This home is also equipped with a device that monitors sound levels only (it does not record audio or video), just to help us keep things peaceful in this quiet neighborhood.

An exterior security camera is installed on the property for quality and security monitoring purposes.



Heated pool fee is $100/night. We recommend heating the pool in the months between October and May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. Thank you!



GUEST VERIFICATION: To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.

Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
