Excellent place for wheelchair bound guests; my mom could get around the open spaces easily, and everything in the kitchen was accessible for her to use if she wanted. The place was spotless, and everything we could think of was at the ready for us.With a little help from Google Maps, the cabin wasn't too hard to find. Both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were a short distance away. I think the cabin is ideal for multigenerational families, with the arcade, theater, and bunkbeds.Highly recommend!!!

Excellent stay. The hosts reached out proactively and were very helpful with providing directions to the location. The house was amazing - perfect for our larger groups with elderly members who had mobility limitations. Will definitely stay here again.

The house was just perfect, the layout of it is very spacious. At the end of the cul de sac so you don’t have to worry about other people, and close to everything in gatlinburg. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is great. The host is quick to respond to any issues. It was very comfortable for our family and my husband who is in a wheelchair. We will stay again. My grandchildren loved the game room and the theater room.

The cabin was so clean and homey when we arrived. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The kitchen was so well stocked which was very much appreciated when cooking for a family of 12. Everything was wonderful. Would 100% stay here again

End of street location, quiet

Checking in was a breeze family enjoyed the space and the game room. We wish the beds have been more comfortable, but the linens were nice and plenty of cozy blankets. Kitchen is set up with nice dishes plenty of space on the island to lay out a spread.

Cozy Cabin

The cabin was spotless, plenty of space for our large group which included 5 teenage boys along with a wheelchair bound person. It was super easy for my daughter to navigate throughout the house. Plenty of space for privacy. Will absolutely book again for a family trip.

Amazing Spring Break

The house was amazing and the views were breathtaking! The homeowner was quick to answer any question I had. The main level is very wheelchair friendly. Would recommend this house to anyone!

Everything was good but cleaning could've been more thorough for the price we were apparently paying for cleaning. There were socks under the couch for example. Could've used more towels but it wasn't a huge deal since we had the washer and dryer.

This cabin was fantastic. The accessibility was unmatched. Although we didn’t need it this trip we do have family in a wheelchair and we will certainly be back for the accessibility. The location is also great. Mountain views a few minutes from the parkway with a quick route to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The home was clean and extremely nice. The hosts were very responsive. We were traveling during a winter storm and they went the extra mile to ensure that we were prepared and safe. All around great experience.

Family adventure!

The house was perfect for our two families. Plenty of room, plenty of privacy. The kids loved all of the games and the theater room. The kitchen was well supplied with cooking and grilling items. The owners responded very quickly to any questions we had before and during our stay. The bonus was seeing a bear family from the cabin window!! 5 stars for sure!!

The home was wonderfully handicap and a great location for grandmas 89th birthday trip. The young adults had the entire lower level to themselves. The host was great in answering questions and concerns. If we come back we would stay here again. The hills getting to the cabin arent for the weak at heart and the warnings about bears are 100% true. Every morning the bears had tried every one of our car doors. Thank goodness we locked them.

This is our second time to stay at this cabin. Only a couple things would make this place perfect. A lift chair which I know most places done have. You can’t even rent one in Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. The mattress in the front bedroom I guess was very uncomfortable according to my daughter. Neither of these would keep me from renting it again. Also if you stay here you will most likely see bears.

**An Incredible, Accessible Mountain Retreat!**We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful cabin in Gatlinburg! From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations.One of the most important features for our family was accessibility, as our daughter uses a wheelchair — and this cabin delivered in every way. It was so easy to access, with thoughtful design and layout that made moving throughout the space comfortable and stress-free. It truly allowed all of us to relax and enjoy our time together without worry.The cabin was absolutely spotless. Every room was fresh, clean, and clearly very well cared for. There was also so much space! The open layout and generous room sizes gave everyone plenty of room to spread out and feel at home.And the view — simply breathtaking. Sitting outside and taking in the beautiful mountain scenery was one of the highlights of our trip. It felt peaceful and private, yet we were just minutes away from all the attractions, restaurants, and fun that Gatlinburg has to offer.This cabin made our trip not only memorable, but comfortable and inclusive for our entire family. We are so grateful and would absolutely stay here again. Highly, highly recommend!

Clean well-appointed perfectly wheelchair accessible rental home

This is probably the best rental we’ve ever had as far as accessibly is concerned. Entrances were level. There was proper space in the driveway to load and unload our van with the ramp. The bathrooms were phenomenal. Even the kitchen was accessible which is something we didn’t really need as our daughter is unable to cook or use but was fine for able bodied persons to use. My only complaints were that the mattress in the master by the laundry room is extremely soft. My husband had a hard time getting our daughter out of bed due to the soft mattress and the wooden bed frame that made a bit of an obstacle. It wasn’t so bad that we would not stay here again. The location is great and easy to get to. We saw several bears during our visit which was quite a treat for all of us. We didn’t use the hot tub but it works and was private, situated on the upper deck that only has access from the interior of the home. I really liked that the towels were thick and plentiful and that there were clean blankets throughout the home.

The entire cabin was completely clean! Communication with the host was spot on! The cabin was handicap accessible on the top floor which was great for our needs! The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, as was the living room couch! All of the board games, arcade games, and the theater room were nice for down time. We also spent time in the hot tub! The location was close to all the attractions, but far enough away that you have great mountain views and no heavy traffic. My family and I strongly suggest saying here!
