Welcome to Harbour Oaks 413! You will love this updated, 3 bedroom and 2 bath condo located just a short walk to the Pier/Village area and less than a mile to the beach.
Tile floors with the hardwood look are run throughout the condo. Elegantly decorated , with ample seating in the living room, large wall mounted TV and decorative only fireplace makes this a cozy place to hang or entertain.
The updated kitchen is open to the dining and living room area. Elegant quartz counter tops, stainless appliances and fully stocked for all your culinary needs. The kitchen and dining room look out over the back patio to the lagoon and fountain water feature nearby. If you are grilling out for dinner you'll get to enjoy the water views from the back patio.
Just outside the master bedroom is a sitting area adjacent to the dining room, kitchen, and living room. The lagoon views are available from this room as well and is great when you have a larger number of guests.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an ensuite bath and walk in shower. The newly updated bathroom is nothing short of exquisite.
,The second and third bedrooms, located at the other end of the condo, share a newly upgraded hallway bath with a tub/shower combination. One of the bedrooms comes equipped with a queen bed and the other has two twin beds.

• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
