Great Family Vacation

This home is perfect for large groups that enjoy spending time with each other, but like their own privacy as each suite felt like a hotel room. It was wonderful to have a large range of kitchen equipment for cooking as well.

House was beautiful and property was beautiful as well. Views were fantastic and amenities were fantastic. Our only issue was the amount of noise from construction site across the street which made it hard to hear in the backyard. Everything else was perfect.

Poipu Paradise

The property is a mini resort! The rooms were spacious and perfect for our group of 10. The central area was ideal for pool time, reading, games' and hanging out. One of the highlights was the dinner prepared by Chef Cameron and Daniel. Such a fun experience and the food was amazing. We will definitely return!

Dream Home/Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This vacation home put the exclamation point on our vacation. It had everything you need and more. The house layout was by far the best vacation home I have stayed at, and I have stayed at different vacation homes in many parts of other countries as well as the United States. If you’re looking for entertainment, it has it; relaxation, it has that too. If you want to relax on your vacation and feel like you’re at your own home, I highly recommend it. We not only ate at local restaurants, but when we wanted to cook at home, Chef Allen Gula represented in the kitchen what this house has to offer, as well as the grilling capabilities outside. Will rent this house again when we come back next year. Customer service from months of planning to the day I landed was 5-star. Any questions or concerns I had while I was there were 5-star—no hesitation in recommending my entire experience to anyone.

Pali Nui Paradise

Our family of 10 (ages 3 years to 75 years) truly enjoyed our stay at Pali Nui. The common areas were fantastic, and everyone had a private respite to retreat to when desired. The outdoor amenities were constantly being enjoyed. Outside of construction vehicles passing by, the neighborhood is extremely quiet and private. Its location is close enough to Koloa, Poipu and Kukui'ula to afford quick, convenient access to shopping, restaurants and the beach. A definite winner!

Aloha Dwight, Mahalo for your wonderful review! We're so glad to hear that your entire family from the littlest keiki to the wisest kupuna, truly enjoyed your stay at Pali Nui. It’s great to know the home’s layout and outdoor spaces offered both fun and relaxation for everyone. We also appreciate your kind words about the quiet neighborhood - despite the construction traffic - and convenient location it really is a special spot to enjoy all that the south shore has to offer. We’d love to welcome you back again someday! Warmest aloha, Wailani Kauai

Paradise

Staying at this beautiful property was like staying at a 5 star resort exclusively with our friends and family. Each en suite bedroom was very private, most with outdoor showers, all with beautiful decor and attention to detail. The common areas were stunning from the kitchen/great room to the resort like pool/bar area complete with an outdoor television. When we had minor issues, they were addressed immediately. Would definitely recommend for your next group or family trip.

Wonderful Property

Beautiful setting and a very nice layout. It took a couple days to learn where everything was located and how to operate some of the appliances. Kitchen could use a few more utensils. Windows could be cleaned and door into kitchen definitely needs an adjustment. Overall I would recommend this property for a family gathering.

Pali Nui Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pali Nui is a fantastic rental property. We had a group of 10 family members staying and it was perfect for everyone. The living areas were large and open with expansive views out to sea. We used the kitchen extensively and it was well appointed and easy to cook in. The BBQ is great by the way. Wow! Just Wow!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house rental is a mini resort.Everything screams Hawaiian elegance. Our family of 13 ages 6mo-45yo had an absolute amazing time here, we all enjoyed cooking, watching TV and even doing dishes in the main house and when we were ready for bed... we all had our own mini suites, we were not expecting that but we're thrilled to see. The pool and hot tub are top notch, the fire pit was a delight to sit by and watch the sky for shooting starts at night. I would book the rental again and again, not a bad thing to say about it. And the shopping less then 10 minutes away either direction were awesome little gems!
