A Disappointing Experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were satisfied with the comfort of the beds and location of the property.But we were dissatisfied with the lack of ceiling fans in the main area. The unit heated up during the day and could not be cooled enough. Also, we could not lock the front door which was warped. We experienced an unusually bad heat wave without enough cooling in our unit. The old rusted box fans in the main area were not sufficient. The rusted small table on the patio was a disgusting eyesore and disgrace. The folding table in the closet we tried to use on the patio was warped. In general we were disappointed with a place that needs better care and attention to details. our stay. In general, the entire property, especially common area locks, needs replacement and updating.

Property was spacious, great storage, well laid out. Kevin and Jennifer were great as property managers....responsive and kind.The only negative of the property is the tile floors need a deep clean...spill anything and wipe it up and the cloth was black.

It is as close as you can get to the stairs to the beach. It has everything you need for a great and comfortable stay. We were even able to stay a couple of extra days. The smaller bedroom doesn’t have any ventilation but there are fans to help with that.

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked, and the bathroom had plenty of linens. There is a closet with beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, etc. It was really warm while we were there; there were heat advisories every day, and it would get a little stuffy. There are fans in the back closet that were a must. We used all of them at all times of day to keep air moving. The back bedroom has no outside access. Air flows through small windows between the bathroom and front bedroom. Because of this, sound also travels between the rooms, as well as the bathroom lights. Not necessarily a bad thing, but something you may need to consider. When coming and going from the parking garage, if you want to avoid the stairs, use the beach access gates, which will require a code for re-entry. You will want to go this way when you first arrive if you have lots of luggage, much easier route.

Amazing ocean holiday

We sat on the patio every night and played scrabble. The only thing is air conditioning, even a wall one would have made it perfect. We had to sleep with all the doors wide open and the back room was a sauna. Everything else was amazing
