This guesthouse is on a 1/2 acre lot surrounded by mature trees, tropical plants, flowers and lots of birds for your observing pleasures. The entire backyard is enclosed by a 6-foot privacy fence and the back screen porch is almost as big as inside the inside of the house.
It's peaceful, it’s serene, it was created with you in mind.

It is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac in Central Tampa.
It has it's own private parking, and a well lit walkway leading to the home. Cable TV is included and high speed internet/WIFI.
A water softener system delivers soft water throughout.

Master bedroom:
Includes a plush queen-size bed, TV, and a large closet.
Private entrance.

Second bedroom:
Includes a queen-size bed, TV, and a private entrance from the back patio.
I also have a full-size air mattress which can also be used.

Bathroom:
Make-up room with large mirror and bright lighting, a sink and a separate private shower and toilet room.
You also have access to a private outdoor shower.

Kitchen:
Fully stocked kitchen, gas range,
a microwave, and a dishwasher.

Family room:
After a long day relax in the comfortable family room, watch TV or plan your next days events. French doors lead to a very quaint sitting area great for coffee in the morning or wine in the evening.

Screened-in back Porch:
The back porch spans the length of the house and is almost as big as the inside of the house!
There’s a large dining table with 6 seats, a tv
and a washer & dryer.

Charcoal BBQ grill and a gas grill with outside sitting areas on the property.

You’ll never run out of fun things to do. You are minutes away from Downtown Tampa, Raymond James Stadium (Tampa Bay Buccaneers), Tropicana Field (Tampa Bay Rays), Amalie Arena (Tampa bay Lighting), Straz Performing Arts Center (Broadway plays), Hard Rock Hotel (approximately 20 min), and don’t miss Tampa’s famous Ybor City.
Also, the Gulf beaches are less than 1 hour away.
Or visit our amusement parks. (Busch Gardens/Adventure Island water park), Lowery Park Zoo.
Orlando is approx. 1-1/2 hour drive. (Disney World/EPCOT, Sea World, MGM and Universal Studios).

Our guests have access to the entire yard, which boasts sitting areas with great nature views.
BBQ areas, a nice sitting cemented area in the center of the yard.
Front, side, and back patios all extremely peaceful.
