The facility was clean and represented well by the photos. Parking wasn’t an issue but wasn’t abundant either. The bedroom did not have a dresser or hangers for storage. Bring your own hangers. Shower was nice. Plenty of towels provided.

Communication was top notch as well as customer service. Condo was exceptionally clean, location was great and value exceeded all other options around in my opinion. We’ve already agreed the next time we go to the area we will specifically look for Colonial Properties after our experience as well as recommend it to friends / family if they’re headed that way.

Enjoyable Stay

Property was easy to find and very peaceful. Company was very attentive and checked in with us often to make sure we had everything we need. They were very quick to answer any questions and fix any issue we had.

The unit was clean at arrival but could use some touch up overall. I was disappointed that the basics were not provided (salt n pepper, coffee). Also states to bring your own extra blankets. This was like staying in a large motel suite not a Vrbo.
Coffee table has nicks on all edges
Kitchen drawers with the paint peeling
Entrance door needs a new seal could see around the door and hallway was cold due to this.

Great location & spacious room

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, as it was super close to all the attractions. The room was super spacious and accommodated our needs perfectly. You are required to start the dishwasher, place all the towels in the bathroom, reset the temperature and take out the trash before your leave. (Including because I think it’s important to know what is required to stay here). Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Only one problem we had the walls are pretty thin we could hear a young child running around there apartment above our heads

This unit served as a great home away from home. It was clean and comfortable, providing most anything that I needed. Communications from Colonial Properties were excellent! From the time of booking the unit on down to following up to make sure my stay was enjoyable, they did a terrific job. I’ll keep that in mind for my next visit. I’m a selective eater and find it challenging to get a well prepared meal when visiting Pigeon Forge. A couple of standouts for breakfast were very close to the condo. I’ve probably eaten at The Mill at least 50 times, as I love that they prepare food from scratch, to the degree that they mill their flour and other grains DAILY!!! They also have a pottery shop across the street and all of the dishes for the restaurant are made there. This trip, there was a newly opened restaurant just around the corner that I was pleased to try, called The Cottage. The decor of the restaurant is very classy and so is the food! Everything is made to order and prepared well. Please give this wonderful restaurant a try while you’re in town. In short, when planning a trip to the area, give Colonial Properties a shot at providing a clean and comfortable place to stay. Travel safely!!
