Welcome to our mini-resort in the city! This waterfront unit is the bottom half of a duplex, complete with a hot tub overlooking the Ottawa River, three spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a basement equipped with everything your family needs.

From a cable machine for your workouts to a cozy kids` playroom where they can create new adventures, we have something for everyone. Come stay with us and experience the perfect blend of relaxation and excitement!

On two floors, our home is designed to satisfy everyone! Here`s what you`ll find:

- 3 carefully furnished bedrooms and 2 complete bathroom
- A big basement fully equipped with furniture
- Bedding, towels, and table linen

You`ll have access to the bottom unit, which has its own entrances for the main floor and the basement. Enjoy exclusive access to the hot tub and share the backyard space with the top unit guests.

3.9% of the total amount paid is non-refundable regardless of when cancellation occurs.

Absolutely no smoking of any kind.
Pets are allowed but they must be declared and they are not allowed on the furniture.
