Oceanfront Two Side-by-Side Houses Sleeps 18 Near Rincon w/ Private Beach Access
If you're looking to get away to the beach with you extended family and friends, you must stay at Casas Sol Rico. You can't stay any closer to the beach and ocean than this! Both houses have huge terrazas and their own private access to the beach. Casa Sol Rico Uno has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths (sleeps 10) and Casa Sol Rico Dos has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths (sleeps 8). Both houses have AC in ALL the rooms. The houses are side-by-side and only have a wall in between them. Simply walk out the front door and through the gate to get to the other house or go out the beach door onto the sand and go through the other house's beach door. There is gated parking at each house for 2 cars with additional street parking available.
The beach in front of the house is very quiet and not busy. You can walk on the beach for 2 miles toward Rincon and about a mile toward Aguada. We love to walk to Casa Islena for lunch or Guyabos for happy hour. The sunsets are incredible from the house. At certain times of the year you can also see the sunrise as the house faces north. We enjoy watching pelicans, sea turtles, crabs, and lizards from the terrazzas. Sometimes you can even see dolphins or whales. This is one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Rico and these houses are the closest to the water you can be! A very unique and special experience.
Come soak in the sun, listen to the waves crashing, gaze at the stars and experience amazing beauty and tranquility with your family. Come enrich your soul at Casas Sol Rico!
There are groceries stores, bakeries, pharmacies and tons of restuarants within minutes of the house. Ricon is a 10 minute drive. The Aguadilla (BQN) airport is only 25 minutes away. ***This is first time these two houses can be booked together! They have been rented out separately for years. Vært: Sunny & Rich Cessna (Owners)
Rich and Sunny first came to Puerto Rico in 1997 on their honeymoon. They are both from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved to Seattle, Washington in 2010. They have three children ages 19, 17 & 14. They love being on the water and have vacationed on the beaches Florida, California, Maui, Turks and Caicos and Panama. However, they found that Puerto Rico has the most to offer of all the beaches they have visited!

Location, location, location. We love to be ON the water. You cannot get any closer to the Caribbean from any other house. It is located on a quiet beach near Rincon and has spectacular views of both the sunrise and sunset. You can enjoy the ocean right from the terrazza or walk down only 15 steps to your private entrance to the beach. We are very excited to share our dream come true with those wanting to enjoy the beach in a local PR neighborhood with spectacular views and warm water!

It is nearly impossible to rent two side by side oceanfront houses directly on the ocean!!! It’s very rare to find accommodations for up to 18 people directly on the beach in Puerto Rico. There are many 1-2 bedroom beach front condos, but not houses.
Puerto Rico is a tropical paradise. It has the beaches, the mountains , the wonderful people and delicious food. Nothing can compare to the crystal waters of the Caribbean. PR is a US Territory and uses the US dollar. You do NOT need a passport to travel to PR. English is the second language so it is not difficult to communicate with the locals. (Spanish is the main language spoken).
