Historisk Beach Cottage skridt fra stranden. Kæledyrsvenlig!

Blue Corner Cottage er et historisk hus med 1 soveværelse, kun femte hus fra stranden. Træd udenfor, og du kan se den Mexicanske Golf. Beliggende på 28 Glendale St i Clearwater Cottages District .. Familier har haft disse strandhytter siden 1925. Afsagt store familier med børn og kæledyr vil have en dejlig strandferie. Clearwater Cottages-faciliteter inkluderer designerkøkkener med bordplader af granit, Samsung rustfrit stål i fuld størrelse køleskab, glasovn, mikrobølgeovn og alt køkkenudstyr. Alle stuer og soveværelser har LC-vægmonterede tv'er med DVD i de fleste værelser.
Delte baggård i Key West-stil har træfestdæk, Tin Roof Gazebo, 2 Weber BBQ-grill, cykler og store skygge træer og tropiske planter. Gæster elsker at samles i hegnet gårdsplads efter en dag på stranden. Børn får nye venner, og forældre kan se børn fra hytterne. Som at gå på lejr ved stranden.

Lav en kop kaffe i køkkenet i fuld størrelse og gå bare ned ad blokken og nyd morgensurfen. Om aftenen kan du tage en kold drink ud af dit køleskab i fuld størrelse og tage vores kølere og strandstole ned til stranden for at se solnedgangen.

Børnene kan gå frem og tilbage til stranden uden opsyn, da der ikke er nogen gader at krydse. Den delte Key West Style baghave har Weber gas BBQ-grill og og en overdækket Tin Roof Gazebo, træterrasse med stole og borde med store tropiske planter og træer, et yndlingssted for en kop kaffe om morgenen, en kold øl udefra køleskab og fantastisk til private fester om natten.
Dette lille hus er perfekt til romantisk par, familie med 3 små børn eller 3 voksne. Corner Cottage er et selvstændigt lille hus, 130 skridt fra stranden. Ombygget i 2018.

The location for proximity to the beach, stores and restaurants restaurants is excellent. Beach is very close and very clean and nice. It was noisy at night and we had no real area to sit outside that was exclusive for our cottage. The hot tub was dirty and not not hot so likely shouldn't be counted on.

This cottage was absolutely amazing! Location was everything. You are on a dead end street and just a few steps to the beach. This side of the beach isn’t crowded and is dog friendly. If you have kids, the rental gives you access to a pool and tennis courts right across the street. The cottage has a great seating area in the back with a hot tub and grill. It’s a little private oasis. If you want to get away from the commercialized beach setting, this end of the beach is perfect! You are still within walking distance of everything! During our stay, we got to meet the gals who help clean and manage the cottages. They were so sweet and always made sure we had everything we needed. Captain Al was very hospitable and took the time to introduce himself, give us the rundown of the area and answered all our questions. Cute cottages like these don’t exist anymore because they are being bought out by multimillion dollar companies and turning everything into condos. It was refreshing to have a personable experience in such a great location. I would love to come back, rent out a few cottages for a family reunion.

Oh So Fun

Boho chic...Inviting... Beach as promised just a hop skip and a jump from your front door. Which by the way you literally parked right in front of. The walking and town experience was so much fun. Cpt. Al and staff were a joy. They only super minor issue I had was was checking in but with the help of house keeping we were in the blue corner cottage and on the beach within minutes. Best burger I have ever had was at the palms,see Shianne and great pizza and mussels at The Salty Crab..Ask for Adam.oh yeah got my 1st tat at Atomic Tattoos Jake is the man to see. Overall this was the best 2 days I have had on a mini vacay in years! Very much worth it. Thanks Cpt Al again for the great space. Just as advertised!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We LOVED staying at Capt. Al's corner cottage. It was such a cute place and perfect for what we were looking for. Walking distance to everything, steps away from the beach and so relaxing! We especially loved the hot tub that was just out the back door and the atmosphere was so "beachy"....5 stars is not enough for this little gem of a place!

Winter visit

The place was exactly as advertised. It needs a little love but the location is excellent and the staff very nice. The weather didn't cooperate so I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the property as much as I would have liked. . Cap Al has lots of beach items, chairs, beach towels for your use. Once again the location is excellent for beach walks and sunsets. It is walking distance to everything. I enjoyed my visit . Thank you

Just what we needed

Clean. Well, laid out. Plenty of towels in the shed for us to use, along with tons of boogie boards, floaty’s chairs, and umbrellas There were hooks everywhere, which made it easy to dry off swimsuits. The host friendly and available. The recreation area was just paradise. My kids were able to walk to the beach, barefoot. The only downside was that we got a lot of mosquito bites our first night. I was able to reduce it by spraying the front door with mosquito repellent, since there were gaps in the front door’s weatherstripping.

Cozy Little Beach Cottage ⛱️

Captn Al was awesome with his communication. Maintenance crew, Dominick, was adamant with keep up and very friendly with a great sense of humor.The place was perfect- small but great for 2 people! We loved the atmosphere of the house. Beach-Tacky and definitely an escape from just being at a typical hotel. I loved having kitchen material just because cooking at home is money savvy. We really enjoyed it.. and did NOT want to leave lol We will definitely be back in touch with Al and see about scheduling another visit soon! :)

Would stay again

We really enjoyed the location and the little house was all we needed. Property management was on site daily for anything needed and they were responsive to needs. It reminded me of a grandparents beach house that was stocked with the older and extra for towels and dishes - which was fine with us. It isn't ritzy, but it is home like, and let's face it, you don't come to the beach to sit inside anyway. We didn't spend much time there aside from sleeping. The bed was comfortable and I slept like a baby. The negative was the floor didn't seem like it had been cleaned in a while. Karen with management offered to have someone come clean it, but I opted to take a mop and do it myself. Unfortunately, I never got around to mopping it. We just kept our shoes on. It wasn't a deal breaker and there were way more positives. The hot tub was nice. We almost bought beach chairs, but learned they provide them free for guest use. There is also an outside shower that has hot water. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and we would stay again.

Great Little Cottage

Pros: Location, cute beach aesthetic, and the amenities. The water pressure is enviable! The main bedroom bed is firm but comfortable and the sheets were soft. Three teens slept comfortably enough on the fold-outs in the living room. Plenty of linens and pillows for all. Correctable Cons: The main bedroom's wall unit AC contains mold/mildew. There was significant termite residue on kitchen floor on arrival (I thought it was spilled coffee grounds at first.) There is no dishwasher in this unit, but there was no drain plug, dish rack, or dish towels with which efficiently wash and dry dishes. A can opener, spatula, and a full roll of paper towels would have been helpful. Suggestion: If possible, include updated descriptions of the specific unit and house rules in VBRO welcome email. The documentation in the room seemed to be for a different property so I stopped reading it. Therefore, I missed the requirement of reservations for the communal hot tub. This led to a minor misunderstanding with the teens and property management.

Okay Getaway

Location was close to the water, and within walking distance of the Rockaway bar, which we enjoyed. This particular cottage was on corner of the street which I didn’t realize until I arrived. Nice that it was dog friendly, but the only close place to walk my dogs was across the street in a sparsely grassed area near construction; which was not well lighted at night. Also the room was not ready when I arrived after 4pm, which was two hours behind the set check in time due to heavy traffic as original check in time was at 2pm; so this was a little frustrating.

Corner Blue Cottage

The Cottage was not cleaned prior to our arrival, garbages in living area and bedroom full, sand all over the floors, and sink smelled like sewer. If windows were open in the bedroom you smelled the garbage cans outside the window. It also showed photos of the beach with blue half shells that you can rent on the beach, but that is more than a half mile walk to get to those. The beaches are beautiful in the area! Uber easily available. I would not stay in these cottages again.

Having enjoyed living close the Jersey Shore my dream has always been to live at the beach in Florida. For 35 years I have enjoyed this beautiful little island. Here we get to swim in the Gulf of Mexico as the sun sets, enjoy local fresh fish, and have great congenial neighbors who are friendly and enjoy the same 'Salt Life' . When you come to visit, Capt. Al and his first mate, Karen will be happy to show you around.

Designated as the Old Florida District, by the City's Beach by Design, they give you the feel of Old Florida, in day 's gone by. These cottages are in North Beach in a quaint area with cute beach houses . These cottage and a few Guest Houses and small houses on these 3 streets are the very last of the Old Florida District in Clearwater Beach

Beach Cottages are fun. Cute little houses right by the sea. No cold elevators and halls to walk down. Just walk out the door and one hundred steps and you enjoy the best beaches in America. Most are much larger than the rooms called cottages in the large older homes in the neighborhood. Most are real little houses Enjoy the Old Florida District before its gone.
