Welcome to Kahana Village unit #11! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean view/beach front property unit will provide everything you need while on your Maui vacation.

This beachfront 2-bedroom condominium is one of the finest in West Maui. Comfortably sleeping up to six guests, this completely renovated unit is spacious, bright and beautiful.

Features like new flooring, custom tile block showers, quartz counter tops, all-new high-end furnishings & amenities, and much more are among the elements that make this your dream Maui vacation rental property.

The best of the best, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ocean view/beachfront condominium is located on the second floor of Kahana Village Resort in sunny West Maui. Kahana Village is a low-rise, low-density resort of only 42 privately owned units sprawled on over 3 acres of meticulously maintained tropical grounds. The resort is situated on a picturesque reef-protected cove, complete with a lovely white sand beach that is sheltered from high surf.

Kahana Village is centrally located between the two major West Maui resorts: only five minutes to the south is Ka`anapali Beach Resort, and only five minutes to the north is Kapalua Resort! Jet skiing, parasailing, banana boating, hiking, zip-lining, horseback riding, sailing, whale watching, sunset cruising, and more are less than a five-minute drive from the resort. Swimming, sunning, boogie boarding and snorkeling are all available directly in front of the resort, and some of the best whale watching on the island is available right from your own private lanai!

The newly renovated kitchen of this top-notch condominium has quartz counter tops, beautiful cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with high quality kitchenware and amenities.

The Living Room boasts a 50” flat screen Smart TV, fine furnishings, ceiling fans, and gallery-worthy art and accessories...all showcased against a backdrop of tasteful tropical decor. Of course, the ocean views framed by tropical foliage fill every window.

The Upstairs sleeping area offers an all-new king bed of superior quality; TV; ceiling fan; a custom walk-in shower; quartz counter tops; and more.

The Second Bedroom which is on the same level as the kitchen and living room offers 2 twin beds that can be put together for another King bed if guests prefer, TV, ceiling fan, and gorgeous furnishings & amenities.

Kahana Village resort features a 40-foot round heated beachfront swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and four gas BBQ grills for the use of our guests. Additionally, beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, a large cooler and more are provided in the unit for guests’ use. DVD players, cable TV service, high speed internet, and unlimited private parking are all free!

*** Please note that effective November 1, 2024 Kahana Village will be an entirely smoke free property. No smoking in the units or on the property grounds. There will be a $500 fine which is enforced by Kahana Village. Please inquire with any further questions.

My wife and I have stayed all over Maui. I don't usually write reviews, but Kahana Village is so special I wanted to share. It is a rare beachfront property with a soft, sandy beach offering breathtaking vistas not only of the Pacific Ocean and Maui coastland, but also of the islands of Lanai and Molokai. The sun sets between the two islands, making it one of the most picturesque sunset viewing places on all of Maui. Enjoy this view from the beach, pool, jacuzzi, barbecues, tiki pavilion, or the spacious lanai. During the winter months, you can even watch the humpback whales use the shallow water to mate and give birth.What makes it special is its location—an airy, upper corner unit with lots of privacy, three windowed sides of the building, and two soft skylights. The view from the sliding glass door to the lanai is of the ocean, islands, pool, jacuzzi, and the rest of the tropically landscaped property. We enjoy the clean, airy feel of the white walls accented by the light, warm-colored wood, the Scandinavian decor, new floors, fully equipped modern kitchen (excellent local restaurants nearby), the comfortable beds, two stunning bathrooms with beautiful stonework, and the supply of beach towels, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, boogie boards, and cooler. Everything about the place makes us feel welcome and relaxed the minute we step through the front door.This is one of the best hidden gems in Maui.

Small pool; very small hot tub. As described, attached beach area is sandy beach, all rock entry to water. But, "short walk to real beach" was longer walk than expected and still rock entry.Twin beds in main floor area are not sturdy; move and bed shakes.Shades (venetian blinds) in main floor bedroom do not raise (and are ill fitting to windows).Remote for TV in living area did not work."Recent reno" missed a few spots, but nothing that hindered functionality.Well appointed condo. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, 2 "noodles". Drip and K-Cup coffee makers (no K-cups).Ample leaving space. I'm not a fan of sleeper sofas in the only living space, so I'd say the unit is best suited for less than 5 people.

West side quiet

After a few days at a conference at Wailea we came over to this VRBO for four days and three nights and had a wonderful time. Everything was clean, organized, and easily communicated. The property was well maintained and we were able to see gorgeous sunsets, enjoy pool time or snorkel off the beach. We saw turtles our first day! Would definitely stay again!

High School Graduation Trip

This was my youngest graduation from high school trip before heading off to college. We really enjoyed the location and the condo. The view of the ocean from the balcony was great! Condo was very comfortable, and location was great for getting around the island and to very nice beaches. Long drive to do The Road to Hana, but it is a long drive from wherever you are at on the island. Would highly recommend downloading the app "Shaka Guide" if you are doing road trips around the island.

Lovely spot in Maui!

Loved our stay in this Kahana condo! The unit was exactly as described/pictured & super clean! Loved waking up to a coffee on the lanai while enjoying the amazing ocean view and watching the sunset from the private beach area that was steps away! Great location for quick drives to excellent beaches and snorkelling, too.

Perfect property for us!!

This vacation was the best Hawaii experience we’ve had! A smaller community with a lovely pool, pretty beach and well maintained grounds. This condo is gorgeous inside-everything is top notch and so comfortable. The beach chairs, boogie boards and rolling cooler made our beach trips so easy and fun! We will come back again!

Amazing place

This place is amazing. It's set back from the pool so it's quieter. I came to "get away" and focus on some creative design work so being back from the pool was perfect. That said, the pool is wonderful and the private beach (about 100 steps from the door) has almost no one on it. The water is warm and perfect. The sea turtles love it too and don't mind a happy snorkeler watching them. The location in Kahana is perfect. Not a big high rise but a small community of very friendly people. Be sure to check out the Wednesday afternoon MaiTai party with live Hawaiian music and hula. My time here was toooo short. I'll be back as soon as I can.

Amazing View

What a perfect place to stay to renew and escape. We enjoyed sunsets, sunrises and rainbows. Great view from the balcony. Beach and pool just steps away from our front door. Condo is nicely remodeled, clean and very comfortable. Shopping and restaurants close by. We will definitely stay here again.
