Tidal Tranquility Cottage with waterfront

Cozied up with a view of the waterfront is Tidal Tranquility Cottage, one of four newly built cottages. An inviting indoor space with vaulted ceilings and large windows that pour light into a relaxing living room and an elegant kitchen with high-end appliances. Heat & A/C, TV and WIFI. A spacious outdoor deck and an easy walk to the pergola and dock (seasonal). Pet-friendly (some rules apply). This cottage shares an outdoor hot tub with the guests of Compass Cove Cottage 3 (for guest use only). Bookings must be made by the person who will be staying at the property.
Our property also has 450 feet of oceanfront on the beautiful Waweig River. The waters at this area of the Waweig River are especially calm and smooth making it an excellent point of entry for kayakers to go for a trip down the river. At low tide the beach becomes a walkable flat rock bed for sea treasure hunters to have a closer look. We have 20 acres of wooded land, with a privately developed walking trail, giving guests direct access to popular walking, hiking, mountain biking, ATV’ing, and horseback riding trails that extend throughout Charlotte County and into other parts of New Brunswick.

We are 12 minutes from St. Stephen and 15 minutes from the well-known tourist town of St. Andrews by-the-sea. We are also within 20 minutes distance to many local attractions such as Ganong Nature Park, Kingsbrae Garden, Huntsman Marine Science Centre, whale watching, Ministers Island, and golfing. Access to the cottages is only 1 km from Highway No. 1 making it very easy to locate.
Guests enjoy full access to the pergola, dock (during spring, summer, fall), and walking trails located on the property. There are 5 Kayaks and 1 paddleboard that can be used when available and during spring, summer, fall seasons (for guest use only). The pergola, firepit, dock, and walking trails are used and shared by all guests to the cottages and are for guest use only.
Whether you are coming as a group or traveling privately, each cottage is positioned to offer ample privacy while remaining conveniently close for easy group or family gatherings.
The cottages are equipped with a full kitchen - stove, microwave, fridge, sink, dishwasher. complimentary coffee/tea. Utensils, dishes and glasses, pots and pans. Coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Cooking utensils. BBQ utensils.
Bedrooms - queen size beds, night stands, and dresser. (Except the Hideaway Cottage - one queen, one bunkbed twin/double).
Bathroom - tub/shower, towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and conditioner.
Living room with sofa, TV, electric fireplace, large circle chair.
Outdoor deck, BBQ, table and chairs.

Pets - Over 35 lbs, 1 dog maximum.
Under 35 lbs, 2 dog maximum

We request an upfront refundable damage deposit of $250 CA before your stay.
A refundable damage deposit is paid upfront 2 days prior to your arrival and is held until after your stay. If no damages occur during the stay, the deposit is automatically refunded to you via your payment method within 14 days after your stay.
MAXIMUM 4 Adults OR 2 Adults and 3 children. The cottage must NOT exceed 5 people.
Use of Laundry facility available upon request.

Compass Cove Cottage 3 and The Hideaway Cottage 4 are pet-friendly.
Owners may live at one of the cottages during winter months and are available 24/7 for questions.
Staff will be on premises during working hours.
At Rocky Point Farms Cottages our cottages are kept exceptionally clean and the grounds are maintained and checked daily by a professional landscaper. We are open year-round so each cottage is fully equipped with heat and an electric fireplace.
To ensure each guest has a wonderful experience here at Rocky Point Farms Cottages, please read the following house rules and guidelines:

SMOKERS: No smoking of any kind indoors. No smoking or vaping on deck.
Smokers, please put all butts in a disposable container.

INVITING FRIENDS: Total number of people at each cottage at any time is a maximum of 8 and no unregistered guests after 10pm. Kayaks are for guest use only.
Quiet hours 10pm – 8 am
Hot tubs are for registered guests only.
Check In: 4pm (message host if you’d like to check in sooner)
Check Out: 11am
Please make sure all dishes are cleaned and any appliances you may have used are cleaned as well.
Please leave furniture where you found it.
*You do not have to remove bed sheets.
Please take out garbage and recyclables daily, extra bags are provided under the sink and there is a garbage and recycle bin on the outside of the Laundry Facility for extra garbage.
