This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Bedroom one has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a full bed and a twin bed. There's also a queen sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 7 people comfortably. The condo also has recent upgrades including new luxury vinyl plank flooring and 2 new bathrooms. You'll enjoy central air conditioning, cable TV, high speed internet/wifi, a washer and dryer and 1 assigned parking space. You can also relax on the large balcony so there's plenty of room for everyone. This condo is in walking distance to many great restaurants and bars including Seacrets, Macky's, 45th St. Taphouse and also mini golf, shops, etc. This great condo is in the perfect location for your beach vacation!

Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

** Linens not provided. Property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. You will need to bring sheets, towels and pillow cases as linens are not provided but an optional linen package is available to be rented. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option after you make your reservation if you choose to do so. A complete linen package is $119.99. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**
