Big secluded house close to Chicago and Lake Michigan,

This home is close to Chicago and close to Lake Michigan all without feeling like you are in the city. The house is tucked far off of the street with a huge backyard, a place for the kids to play and a fire pit. Most weeks in late summer and fall we have deer in the backyard that you can watch. We are 1 hour away from both Midway and O'Hare airport, and about an hour away from downtown Chicago. You will be 20 minutes away from the lake. There is good food everywhere near the house.

The space
House layout- On the top floor there are 3 bedrooms for sleeping, 2 King rooms, and one room with 2 full beds.

The Master King has a spa-like ensuite bathroom equipped with an oversized jetted tub and shower with multiple shower heads including a rain shower head. You will get a dedicated jungle-themed playroom sure to put a smile on your little one’s face.

You will have a dedicated office space with a desk and monitor. Enjoy the beautiful view of the trees and park while plodding through a day’s work. This room also has a reading nook that can be converted to a sleeper if needed.

On the main floor is the fully stocked kitchen with lots of counter space and storage. The kitchen is equipped with a Ninja blender, Crockpot, Instant Pot, 4-slice toaster, Air fryer and specialty ice maker. Alongside the kitchen is the breakfast nook where you can enjoy your morning coffee overseeing the luscious green tree filled yard.

Next to the breakfast nook is the living room that includes a sectional, rocking chair, 65” TV with Roku Stick for streaming. Off the kitchen, you will find a 6-seat chic formal dining area perfect for hosting or just enjoying a nice meal. Enjoy great conversation or just a peaceful moment in the formal living room.

In the basement, you can enjoy a dedicated workout room equipped with a treadmill, a TV with with a Roku stick, and soft flooring for floor workouts. The rest of the basement is open for storage.
